    I can see them easing Brown in the game for a total of up to 10 snaps. That’s what they did with Ike for a couple of games last year. Get ahead of any potential problem. If he can’t handle it, best to know now.

    Recent bumps in the minimum wage are just killing the NFL. They barely eke out a living. No way they can hire and shell out $15/ hour.

    I’m guessing that Beane’s pro scouts are watching all the preseason games very closely, hoping to spot a young, promising guy they can pick up in a lightly noticed trade. IMO, the ‘seasoned vet’ move would only happen as a post-injury, last resort.

    Never heard of it until this thread but just bought it and will have it tomorrow. There's only three of us now (counting the cat). I hope I don't lose to the cat.

    Never been an All Pro DT with arms as miniaturized as Oliver’s. He may break the mold, but good chance he is maxed. Good but not great. I suspect the great Alex Karras made the grade 50 + years ago, but arm length was not recorded for posterity.
