He definitely has some talent + a good head, but what could make him a problem long term is that he’s starting his career with good coaching.
A lot of the guys that crap out just don’t have that advantage.
I thought he played pretty stout the other day.
I personally would flush the other 3 for either performance or *recurring non-availability* issues. Gotta keep one of them or we hit total vacuum. My guess is they keep Harrison. Probably get a lot of snaps the next 2 weeks, so let’s see how he performs.
He’s sure no Frank Gore.
We were pumped when Frank broke off a 6 yarder.
Those were the days.
Lower than whale shite expectations that were rarely exceeded.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if there is at least 1 lineman with a 'run play tell' that's the equivalent of a flashing neon light.
Ass height, lean, hand position .... something. Could be the backs, too.
I like Klein more for blitzing and White is going to catch a face full of Klein’s spittle/sweat this Sunday.
Klein is a kamikaze. He’s the right guy to make White blow out some brown.
Did Bates spit on a coach’s shoe during practice?
The few snaps he gets always seem solid.
(Next man up/only man left) = Bates.
Let’s see what he’s got.
Beasley, Sanders & Diggs all had 2 days of rest during the week, so McDermott made sure they will have fresh legs.
That’s a big + over the damaged receiver corps we had in the playoffs.
Good game.
We win.
Not that Brown should be directly compared to Pears, but Pears was a decent RT that became part of a horrid OL when Marrone moved him to RG.
Hate to screw this guy up at the very beginning of his career.
