  1. I'm a thief. My morals aren't your morals.
  2. The Bills and the Cowboys are pretty much the same team right now. Strong regular season teams. Not sure how we have the ego to talk down to them. They played without their starting QB last year and still were respectable. They've gone 12-5 each of the last 3 seasons with Dak under center. We don't want to start comparing Lombardi's with them either.
  3. It's Top 32 for 2025, not the previous two years. There are always up and comers and guys that slip down a little. It's hard to argue that any of the guys above him don't deserve to be.
  4. I feel like this is a thing parents tell their kids for some reason that has absolutely no evidence of being true in reality. From every example I've seen both those directly involving me directly and those involving others, admitting guilt almost never proves to be a beneficial choice. Not only do you guarantee punishment, but your public perception is damaged forever. Not once in my entire life have I ever heard a person say, well, he [did poorly perceived thing], but because he admitted it I'll stand in his corner. Deflect, Deny, Deflect to the bitter end unless you're getting a hell of a deal to do otherwise. When you refuse to admit guilt, you get several benefits. 1. You can potentially evade punishment. 2. some people will believe you or will be skeptical enough to not want you crucified for it, and related to that, your legacy is nowhere near as stained as if you admit it in the first place which can have sever implications both reputational and financial.
  5. I don't think anyone is making the argument they don't know that they're playing to the limit and a little past it with PEDs. That's not really the issue here. It's not about not taking banned substances, it's about not taking too much so you don't get popped. These guys aren't dosing out their own supplements. They have professionals for that, and I fully believe they're capable of screwing up, probably by misjudging what a player's test result will grade on a given day as a result of getting a little too risky with the program.
  6. Let me reassure you, that's not who Cole Bishop has ever been. That player also doesn't really exist in the NFL anymore unless the guy you want is Taylor Rapp.
  7. So your cautionary tale is that you didn't take it and now you're here posting on a message board instead of participating in OTAs? I don't think that more than a very small handful of people even care right now that Hoecht got popped. I sure don't. Whether he has an all-pro season or a totally forgettable one, no one will be talking about this at the end of the season. Every pro athlete is on performance enhancing supplements of some sort. It's all just a matter of gaming specific product and biochemistry levels to not go over certain thresholds.
  8. Who cares? Let them all juice as long as they're only suspended for meaningless games. We could use a prime Brian Cushing, Clay Matthews, Shawn Merriman on this squad.
  9. Peterman has now been in the league 8 years.
  10. I mean, it's very disappointing, but predictable. I'd honestly prefer he doesn't even dress for 7 months. Stay in the weight room, do some yoga, take a cruise to Antarctica and adjust to the climate etc. We need the guy for 3-4 games. I have no interest in watching him play in September, October, November, or even December.
  11. Hamlin was quite a bit better in coverage.
  12. Lmao. This is the most off-seasoniest take ever.
  13. On one hand it would be a great time to become a fan, but on the other it likely means a lifetime of disappointment after it's over. I'm skeptical we'll remain a powerhouse franchise into the future as that's typically reserved for big markets or at least teams with really strong pedigree like the Steelers/Packers. My first memory of the Bills was the 1990 AFC Championship Game I attended a little after my 3rd birthday. I went because my mom was sick and couldn't go. I must've been a fan already, but I don't really remember it. I remember SB 25 mostly in flashes, but have stronger memories of the following year and was full on by SB 27.
  14. And? Easiest? It's the exact opposite. the college and NFL game is vastly different for WRs as they're asked to run more complete route trees, play against all-american level CBs every single snap, and learn to get two feet down. You must be thinking of RB.
  15. Was that 5th round receiver also not the unquestioned #1 receiver of a team helmed by the MVP who went to the AFC championship and awarded a lucrative new deal? College is college, and the pros are the pros. There's no objective data to suggest MHJ didn't have an exceptional rookie year. You're complaining because it wasn't as exceptional as somebody else. Welcome to NFL football.
  16. Imagine hating on that line when you're a Bills fan See above.
  17. Didn't Coleman already outperform Hollins last year?
  18. All of this makes me think you may have never watched a snap of the kid playing ball in your life.
  19. What "issue" are you referring to? Dude had a monster season for a rookie. If you put his stats on the Bills he would have been WR #1. Not sure how that is a disappointment.
  20. It depends how far back you look because it's been a viable tactic for the last 34 years, a period which many would argue includes the best eras of the sport. It was also legal in the beginning of the game, only becoming a foul during the era of the forward pass.
  21. Another outright horrible take.
  22. It might be THE definitive football play. A giant scrum is as old-school as football gets. I love it. The only I issue I have is they need to let defensive players defend it to the point that there's a risk with running it.
  23. The Legend of Kiko lives on forever in this house. It's still my wifi password 😅
  24. Don't be surprised to see Hoecht be the most impactful player on our defense. If we take a meaningful step this year, my money is that it's because of him.
  25. The guy has been on the team for 6 YEARS. C'mon man.
