Our defense needs to be able to stop KC who is not only better than our Offense (yes our offense is great but theirs is still better) but the also have a ton of experience. I can't see us being ready this year to win that game. Obviously "any given sunday" is always in effect but in reality we would be clear underdogs.

Cause I just bought a magic 8 ball 🤷🏾♂️? When I said "imo" that was referring to my whole post.

Can someone explain why Browns catch wasn’t a TD?
StHustle replied to Southern Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah that last block in the back they called on the Raiders was super weak. -
Suberbowl talk is fun but we are still a year away. Our defense needs to be the focus next off-season. We are 2 or 3 moves away imo.

Calling him a "poor" passer is absurd. How about watching the games and looking at the stats. His passing ability has proven to be top half of the league and maybe even top 10.

Bass had a bad hold on the missed extra point. Laces weren't out.

Is Mahomes better than Josh Allen and Tre White ... now?
StHustle replied to Thurman#1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So this whole thread is basically asking who won the trade??? KC did. And that's ok. We are in the best shape we have been in over 2 decades. Let's enjoy that instead still seeking out mistakes. -
The Sporting News looks back at 2018 QB class
StHustle replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree. Many fans don't realize how vital the team you get drafted to is for a QBs success. If you don't have what it takes then you won't make it regardless of who drafts you but its certain many many QBs who would have otherwise succeeded were, as you say "ruined," by the circumstances or coaches of the team that drafted them. -
Woooow....so only him? This could get really interesting. Prayers up for him....and prayers for our Bills that we can stay Covid free this season.

Hell hath no fury like Bon Jovi scorned ...and Bear Cams
StHustle replied to BringBackFergy's topic in Off the Wall
Buck Fon Jovi gets the same point across... -
You really think it's smarter to draft a rookie wide receiver with a super high ceiling than use the same draft capital to get a known commodity like Diggs? And your defense is because of the money? Did you learn anything from the Watkins debacle??? That type of thinking caused the draught to last as long as it did. Beane knows what he's doing.

Chad Kelly is Ready to Race!
StHustle replied to NoHuddleKelly12's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Chad has been on his best behavior for 2 years and showed in preseason play that he can at the very least be a serviceable backup. I hope he gets another chance somewhere. -
Actually the whole event Darren Waller threw was unlawfully and he got fined for it. Did they know the event was unlawful? No they were most likely acting in ignorance but when it comes to the law that's no excuse. They know a pandemic is going on it was very irresponsible to not make sure all the covid laws were being followed ESPECIALLY being who they are. To your other point, they should be penalized by the league. Suspended? No that would be an overreaction imo but stiff fines are warranted. Beat me by 1 minute Hap

You are exactly right. It will also effect these guys stats which effect their contract negotiations. However, if the playing field is truly level with refs leagu wide making these adjustments then I guess front offices will have to adjust their benchmarks for what sack numbers and pressure stats are considered elite.

The vast majority of Bills fans say keep em up there (and I'm in that majority). Until that changes, his name will stay. You'll live.

Is Josh Allen too good to be true?
StHustle replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Josh is a complete animal. Yes he does need to learn when to reign it in. I worry how the team seems to celebrate the crazy stuff he does. Nobody will smiling when the play ends and Josh doesn't get up. Josh simply has to learn to pick his spots. Its almost like he needs to learn when to swallow his pride and not feel like he has to physically dominate the defnder in front of him. He has to start incorporating the game circumstances when deciding to go ham or surrender. -
Bellichick give Bills some help in scheming against Raiders
StHustle replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Its a copycat league. Pats blew them out last week. Of course the coaches will utilize some of the same strategy. -

Fitzpatrick says his favorite NFL city is ... Buffalo

I LOVE IT! Fitz would probably be voted to the Wall of Fame if fans could vote. WE LOVE YOU FITZ!! -
Is Josh Allen too good to be true?
StHustle replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think you are totally missing it. Its not that we don't want to enjoy it...in fact, we are. Guess what? We are human. Its actually normal for a person to feel hesitant about trusting something after being burned for almost two decades straight. We've had similar early season success in the past, only for it to turn into fools gold. We've had high hopes in a couple QBs only for them flame out. So no, it isn't about being miserable. Its about being human. -
Is Josh Allen too good to be true?
StHustle replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I said the same thing about Mahomes after the first 3-4 games of his 2nd year. Odds are you're correct, however it's certainly not an impossibility. -
Is Josh Allen too good to be true?
StHustle replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Josh Allen was throwing the ball in college anywhere near like he does now easily ends up in Cleveland. -
I think many of us fans are having challenges soaking up at least some aspect of our current success. Some of us cant accept that the media at large believes in us. Some of us struggle with simply believing this team won't collapse, like the multiple other seasons we started out fast before the inevitable crash & burn. Me? I'm struggling to believe Josh has truly improved this much. Its all so unreal. I'm a huge believer in Josh and in my wildest expectations wouldn't have thought he would take such a huge leap. Accuracy issues? In these first 3 games alone, Josh probably has the top 3 passes by any Bills QB in over 2 decades. He went from being a guy who most felt, in the best case scenario, could marginally improve his accuracy to middle of the pack level which, when combined with everything else he brings to the table, would make him a respectable starter..maybe even a fringe top 10 guy. With his already proven intangibles and a great defense to boot...WE COULD BE CONTENDERS! Josh heard his critics loud and clear and WOWZERS! He has improved to the point where he is throwing the ball with ELITE accuracy consistently and he moves in the pocket at an elite level as well (pocket presence was already very good but he has improved to elite). Combine that with his already proven to be elite rushing ability, his elite comeback ability....and what do we have folks? AN ELITE QUARTERBACK! One whose ceiling is greatest QB in Bills history!! But wait a second. Its only 3 games in. He's gonna fall back to earth right? After a flukish 3 games, the analytics bastards will be proven right. Right? Well folks...This is what I am personally struggling with accepting. As much as I want to believe it's real right now, I'll probably need to see it happen til mid season before I can let my walls down and come to accept what seems to be the impossible; Josh Allen has taken the leap to elite status! Is this real life? This thread is indeed about whether or not Josh is too good to be true, but also share any struggles you may be dealing with believing our time has finally come again. If you are like me, the doubt is there but you don't speak on it. This thread is my first time sharing my feelings on this.
