Stefon was pissed about something and they had a heated argument behind doors. It got to the point where atleast one of them had to cool off for a day, and so stefon left to get some fresh air with the blessing of mcd. Thats what it seems happened to me atleast, what the subject matter is, who really knows?

diggs is doing this as a last-resort thing imo. hes grabbing the headlines on purpose. he wants the org to know to give their best player the damn ball when its crunch time. and hes not wrong in thinking that, hes the best player on the offense outside of josh, its criminal how daboll or dorsey havent been able to scheme him open in the playoffs.

i think its less sean and more so about dorsey.

'Give-me-shotgun-or-give-me-death Dorsey' only calls for deep shots. it treats the offensive game plan like its madden. ill give dorsey a couple of games to get this ***** cleared up. develop a run game and some plays where JA17 takes some snaps from undercenter to establish a solid play-action ffs

to be fair, he had one of the worst coaches ever in the history sports to start his tenure as the broncos QB. imagine playing for and being coached by one of the better coaches in the league (***** pete carroll, but hes had a good career with the seahawks), and then going to someone who is absolutely clueless of how to run an offense, let alone an entire team. russ is strange af, but its hard to believe he fell off that much of a cliff in one year. if payton cant fix him, then yes, he is cooked.

McD is a top 10 coach. His in game management still needs to get better, but he keeps the team in check. He lead the team through the shooting. He lead the team through the blizzard. He lead the team and saved the NFL from itself with Hamlin. The team still went 13-3 last year with all of that going on. McD is one of the best leaders in the NFL and easily a top 10 coach.
