The bottom line is Josh needs to be able to play under less stress and duress. Beane better have an amazing off season.

About right. The afce has to face the nfce. I think I saw 10 of our games are against playoff teams. We're not winning 13 this year. But we will be battle tested.

Here's a parallel. Chiefs win their last 2 games on defensive penalties. The Chiefs have the best coach, qb and luck in the NFL. That's the trifecta....

I'm probably not moving on from Dion just yet even if he did struggle some last year. On a 27th ranked OL, he's still our best, followed by squeezing one last year out of Morse. Bates is our 3rd best olineman but only when he's at LG. This year we absolutely have to replace Saffold & Brown. How we do it should be a mix of FA & draft. Maybe somebody like Pocic can play RG for 1 season then transition to C. If we don't go WR @ 27 we sure as he'll better consider T there if someone drops. Next year we may have to consider replacing Dawkins/Bates?

All I know is I'd have my WR scouts working OT this spring. We can't afford any busts.

We need both simultaneously. Someone to Start grooming for Diggs and maybe Davis in a couple years. Get them both on rookie deals asap. I'm not saying we'll be able to get them both this April but we need at least 1 and draft the other next year.

My hope is 3 OL & 1 WR in the first 4 rounds. What order doesn't really matter as long as we get great value. And yes very soon we're going to have to target a 1st rounder to transition into Stefon's spot.

This April is Beane's last stand, Little Big Horn. If he doesn't nail several offensive picks, he's getting scalped.

Reid & Veach are absolutely destroying McB in every aspect of off season decisions. And trade deadline acquisitions by KC are used and contributing immediately, while the Choir boys let their players marinate.

Whatever happened to the idea that Dorsey was going to use alot of Daboll type plays. I didn't see one. I'm giving this mediocre college qb/ oc 1 more year or he's out. Josh didn't seem to love him much after that snow no show.

My biggest fear. But I think Brandon finally realizes he's in a little trouble. I think we're allocating a majority of the draft and FA on offense. We're not re-signing Edmunds, Poyer or Singletary. And frankly Gabe & Ed are on thin ice.

True, he's already been given the thumbs up for year 2. Obviously we all root for him to improve. Plenty of people including myself had issues with Daboll early. But Daboll had substantially more experience than Ken. That's why I'm very skeptical. I needed to see a little bit more clever or innovative plays and they weren't there this season. The headset meltdown didn't help either.

....not all of them...I can recall an OC named Nathaniel Hackett who's every bit as bad now as he was years ago with us. In theory some get better with time, patience and experience. But some like Hackett & Rex don't. I'm the same age as you Shaw and have worked in various industries. Some get better and some don't. I just personally don't see Dorsey having that innovative ability to improve. The bottom line IMHO is find a dynamic OC (Ben Johnson type) to promote as your HC. So Josh isn't changing philosophies every 3 years.

If people are expecting this magical 1 year turn around by Dorsey, you're somewhat delusional. And if the culture of Preacher Sean is constricting this team to get better players than I just don't have the answer.

First he's got to get approval from McDermott not to draft 3 DE's.

I would upgrade the entire OL....while "dreaming" about firing leadership.

Thank you 🍺....We've already managed to waste Josh's 5 year rookie window. We've seen organizations like the Chiefs and Chargers literally overhaul their entire OL in 1 off-season. Yet we're so willing to give Sean & Brandon a "lifetime pass" because they pulled the Bills out of the drought. Did McB really get us out of the drought? Or was it really Andy Dalton & Josh Allen? If these 2 guys don't show an extreme commitment to surrounding Josh with multiple players (OL/WR2), then I wash my hands of them.

Well FC, I do agree Josh is not infallible but of the top 5 qbs in this league, Josh clearly has the weakest OL. And you can't deny the propensity for turnovers is greatly enhanced by this fact. Now add no WR2 or consistent run game and things get even more amplified.

This organization had every opportunity to build a dominant OL in front of Josh in 2019 and beyond. They've failed him, plain & simple. They choose defensive failures over protecting and supporting your greatest asset. Let McD wrestle with that.
