  1. I could care less about this list and ranking. Whether he's 10th, 15th or 20th is irelavant. Sean McDermott's legacy will come from his playoff performance. If he gets this team to a Lombardi, the Schottenheimer stigma will forever be off his back. He will be forever exaulted.
  2. This is hardly a newsflash to Josh. I'm sure he’s well aware he’s been a little reckless on certain plays and he's hinted in several interviews that it's time to tone it down some. Usually when you're basically told to " do it all" you take risks. I blame the coaches and lack of support (OL, WR2, run game) as much as Josh. This is not all on him.
  3. Yes I agree and there wasn't. Basically firing Farwell & Frazier reeks of scapegoating. If I could reverse roles and make Daboll our HC and McD our DC, this team would drastically improve.
  4. This is an honest and accurate assessment. I like Sean as a person but his coaching abilities are mediocre. Most coaches get fired after an event like 13 seconds. I would prefer a long term offensive HC to work with Josh. JMHO
  5. The point is that all teams should dress 53 all season. You're paying for 53 players. Just an idiotic rule that serves no purpose toward advancing player safety.
  6. "I'll give you :13 to stop laughing at my hat".
  7. Damn, I've never seen him that fat....hope he sheds some in the summer.
  8. Spot on. I wouldn't mind Ray replacing Boogie.
  9. Yeah once Von exited last season the remaining cast of characters simply disappeared. After Milano, someone must step up as our #2 LB. No clue who that's going to be. We'll see if Gabe becomes "contract year" motivated?
  10. Regarding safety, the dumbest NFL rule is not allowing all 53 to dress. Especially dealing with short rest Thursday games. Pure stupidity.
  11. 1. Philadelphia 2. KC 3. Cinci 4. Buffalo 5. SF 6. NYJ 7. Dallas 8. Baltimore ....we still need upgrades at WR2, RT, MLB. It will be fun to see what new players shine?
  12. 2 of the most serious hits that Josh took last year came from Quessenberry and Brown. Both RT. I'm thrilled we've upgraded the guard positions and I have faith Mitch will give us one final good year. It's Brown and his slow ass feet that concerns me the most, not Torrence.
  13. Yup...the infamous 13 second game would've been one of the last opportunities to take advantage of a short high pooch. Now that's off the table. Majority of kicks are out of the endzone so just do away with kickoffs altogether.
  14. Rapp will be the first safety to come in followed by the winner of Hamlin/Marlowe.
  15. Yay....just what I want the Bills to have late in the season...short rest.
  16. The only "more" experience Davis has under his belt is the capacity to drop balls. Hopefully Kincaid can do what Dirty was supposed to. But we still need a legit #2 WR. Harty will fill in some gadget play holes. Sometimes negatively is necessary if it's covered in realism.
  17. I agree. We'll play man press more with Sean calling the shots. This should work to Elam's strength. I also could see McD rotate Rapp with Poyer & Hyde.
  18. Greatest fan base on the planet. Always has been, always will be.
  19. Basham and Epenesa are not long for this team. Love to land either Houston or Floyd but we don't have the cap? Von can't do it all himself and we'll see what we get out of Rousseau? Maybe Ray makes the team?
  20. Why didn't we replace his sorry ass with anyone. I don't care. Stick Doyle or Quessenberry (ugh) in there. Our IOL depth last year was embarrassing. But there's never a shortage of DL/ LB depth for Derm.
  21. This organization had 5 full years to identify they had a very mediocre OL protecting their superstar. It wasn't until this off season that they magically decided to pull their heads out of their arses. We may have wasted 2 straight years of landing a Lombardi because of this negligence.
  22. Alex Austin is your winner
