Watched all 3 of these guys yesterday and found absolutely nothing inspiring. Floyd has been our best pass rusher all year.

We are now the worst defense in the league
LABILLBACKER replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Every F-ing year the majority of draft/fa acquisitions are on the defensive side. In a perfect world if Von, Tre, Milano & DQ had never been injured, this would be a top 5 D. Weeks 2-4 reflected that. But for some strange reason our conditioning staff can do nothing with slowing down the incessant injuries. And Sean's situational decisions might be some of the worst in the NFL. -
We have no return game. Hines was grossly underutilized last year in the offense. Now the same is happening to Harty/Sherfield. It's so unbelievably frustrating to see the cap $ that went to these 3 players, could've gone to a quality wr2. Throw in the very few looks Cook & Shakir get and that's 5 offensive players not producing.

Poll: Top reason for the Offense's underperformance
LABILLBACKER replied to Fan in Chicago's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is hardly just a Dorsey problem. It's both guys and as coaches they're equally culpable. Sean has had 6 years to improve the OL/ WR2 issue that still haunts this team. -
Why does Buffalo carry running backs on their roster?
LABILLBACKER replied to The Helmet of's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's kinda hard establishing a running game when your HC refuses to draft better olineman for now 6 years. McDumbass had every opportunity to build a dominant offense around Josh, but chose to go heavy failed defensive players. Brilliant -
The Bills are done, stick a fork in them

Losing Milano and DQ determined the season. -
Random talking head says something about the Bills

I didn't need 5 years to see head coaching mediocrity. I saw it in Houston, and it's been popping up regularly ever since. -
C'mon Man, Past the doom and gloom. Give Your Game Balls.
LABILLBACKER replied to Comebackkid's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't give game balls for loses. -
Agree with everything. If Terry is dumb enough to give McDermott another year, this organization deserves everything it gets. And yes they're screwing with Josh's head. Breaks my heart to see the best qb in Bills history be completely wasted by idiot coaches.
-
Ok, let me rephrase this. Gabe sucks, Dorsey's infantile play calling is killing this team. McD enables it. Our supplemental wrs like Sherfield & Harty are useless & invisible. We desperately needed Gabe to take pressure off of Diggs getting doubled. There's absolutely nothing "Big Game" about Gabe. Mediocre route runner and inconsistent hands. No one expects 11 pro bowlers. Just competence.....

Thank you. Give Josh a competent offensive HC like Ben Johnson and a conditioning staff that can keep our defense off the IR, and things will turn around. Surround JA with a viable offensive gameplan and stress drafting offense over D. Half our D are aging anyway or overpaid. -
Dorsey is a terrible match for Josh. The 2 times tonight we went up tempo we scored. The middle drives were more conservative constricting play calls. There's absolutely nothing clever or innovative about Dorsey's offense. The OL still struggles. The run game is gone. The supplemental wrs brought in Harty, Sherfield have been worthless. Gabe is still mostly invisible. No one is on the same page.

I don't need to wait till January to tell me McD has worn out his welcome. He and Dorsey need to go together. But as many have mentioned, Terry is madly in love with a mediocre "in game" coach. Getting the organization out of the drought has hipmitized him.
-
At this point I'll take any offensive HC over McD. I can't watch him anymore. Dabs would work but Ben Johnson would be much better.
-
McDermott hired everyone. He hired Farwell who he fired. He hired Frazier who he fired. And I guarantee you he'll fire Dorsey to save his ass again. Do you see a pattern here. McDermott is the problem. Get a offensive HC in here ( Ben Johnson) and try to salvage Josh's 2nd half of his career.
-
8-9 will definitely get McDermott fired and thank the Lord. Bring on Ben Johnson for Josh.
-
I'm so tired of almost. This whole season has been almost. These coaches starting with McD & Dorsey are really bad. Gabe and Spencer are worthless. And sorry Simon but our DT's played poorly tonight. Losing Milano and DQ completely shifted this season.
-
We peaked at :13. It's as simple as that. No creativity or identity on offense. We've neglected the OL for 6 years and our defense can't ever stay healthy.
-
It's officially time to hire Ben Johnson and say goodbye to Dermott & Dorsey.
-
Just shut his ass down. He's not even 50% of who he was. He's hurting the team. He may never come back fully from this 2nd ACL? This team is so F ing cursed.
-
What a concept. Sean has had 6 F-ing years to build a dominant OL around your best player. Instead this clown stuffs failed defensive players down our throats.
