  1. I agree. I can tolerate losses to Cincy & Jags but those other 2 were abominations. It's crystal clear that Dorsey is no Dabs and is struggling. McD is way too much in Josh's head. And if we miss the playoffs, that probably losses our home Chiefs game....unbelievable...
  2. Well Gug, you'd be disengaged too if your coaches told you to run 3 different offensive styles at the same time. "We need you to be safe and checkdown more". "We need you to open things up and run more". "And we need you to find a happy medium on top of all this"..... There's no offensive leadership from either Dorsey or McDermott. It's like they're winging it every week. We have no identity as we run this predictable 1 dimensional O. Daboll wouldn't have pulled this stunt.
  3. We're watching the last season for Micah. And Poyer won't be far behind. What are we doing wrong with so many defensive injuries this season? Can a elite conditioning staff really minimize this?
  4. This team has never been more 1 dimensional than it is this year. Josh is asked to run 3 offensive "styles" at the same time. And he's told to do this with a weak OL, no WR2 and zero running game. Yeah, good luck with that.
  5. These next 2 games will have to be scrounge out a win games. If Dorsey had any stones, he'd challenge McD like Daboll did and say we're running up tempo 11 personnel all game until they adjust. Be he won't do that and I hardly see Josh going rogue with his own plays.
  6. He's 100% right. The Bills aren't having fun anymore. And it starts with Allen & Diggs constricted with this pathetic Dorsey offense. Once Daboll left, so did the offensive confidence. And right now McDorsey are just way too much into Josh's head.
  7. No it hasn't been the case because I think the entire offense, especially Diggs & Allen are fed up with McD dicking around with this ridiculous mid season experimentation. The up tempo works dumbass, so let Dorsey (in all his mediocre glory) run it. Give this offense a fighting chance to outscore teams or at least establish a 1st half lead. It's not like this injury riddled D will be shutting people down. These next 2 games will determine Sean's longevity with this team.
  8. 28-17 Bills ....McD allows 4 uptempo drives instead of 2.
  9. It just felt early like Kemp had it in for the Bills. The Settle roughing was a joke. The intentional grounding was egregiously bad considering Josh was NOT under duress. Even Collinsworth said as much. We don't have a healthy squad. We gotta get calls or this season will be over real soon.
  10. It does seem like the offense is in some weird funk or trance. McDorsey has Josh going in 3 directions. And these 2 guys are way too much in his head. I'm almost to the point to have Josh go rogue and call his own plays. F Dorsey.
  11. McD may be running this defensive show but the same 7-10 yard cushion that Frazier called is being used by McD. Very little has changed except for a slight uptick in blitz %. We need to either return to an aggressive uptempo 11P or just f-ing fire Dorsey. He coordinates about as well as he played qb in the NFL. Our D is devastated with 4 starters out. Yes I'm including Von considering how worthless he's been. If our offense doesn't generate a decent halftime lead, our D doesn't stand a chance.
  12. He got whatever he needed for 7 years in failed defensive players. Meanwhile Josh is asked to do it all with 1 offensive weapon. Spare me Andy.....
  13. It's well documented Daboll & McD never got along. And if this theory is true, it only further validates why I can't stand McDermott. You have a good OC who mentors & molds Josh from a raw Wyoming qb to a superstar. What makes absolutely no sense to me is if McD wanted more "balance", why did he fail in drafting a better OL over the last 7 years. Our running game had no chance. There's very little innovative about McD, and Dorsey reflects that. Both must go.
  14. I'd be ranked 11th too if I had TE's babysitting me all year. He and Morse will be gone next year.
  15. McDermott had 7 years to upgrade this OL. Instead he dicked around with failed Defensive picks. Basically he tells Josh "you'll have no run game or #2 wr and like it. Go out there and do something heroic".
  16. This is happening because after the Jets disaster he's now basically been castrated. You still see him try to be the old Josh but you can see these coaches have absolutely gotten way too deep into his head. McDorsey has no clue.
  17. If I can't have Ben Johnson as HC (bye sean), then at least consider Bienemy while we tolerate McD one more year.
  18. My only motivation was to watch Tremaine miss tackles. Oh well, another time....
  19. Buy...Douglas, Joseph, Shakir, Floyd Sell...Poyer, Hyde, Von Hold...Tre, Knox Flat out release....Spencer, Gabe, McDorsey
  20. These next 2 games (very winnable) will determine if coache(s) are gone or not. As JJ said, a players only meeting usually reeks of desperation and probably end of season.
  21. ....or they all could be right because they see the exact same things (failings) we as fans see. Anyone who thinks McDermott will magically take this team to another level is delusional.
  22. If you don't have pressure up the middle from your DT's, your DE's will look pedestrian. Hopefully Joseph gets more snaps and we can return to the chaos we created weeks 2-4.
  23. If we fail to land Ben Johnson and decide to give McDermott another lost year, it will go down as a huge Bills blunder.
  24. Yeah I'm not going to over think this. I'm sure over the last 2-3 years, Josh has just lost faith in Gabe. Drops and mediocre route running just isn't encouraging Josh to look his way as much.
  25. Exactly....that's 100x more taunting than Josh's stupid little point. This league is so messed up in so many ways.
