The latest craze! It’s taking America by storm!
Boatdrinks replied to Walking Tall's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Absolutely love this trend. Like the election, it gives me renewed faith in America. The blinders are off, the BS detector is on, and the woke msm is being widely rejected.Celebrating the USA is back. -
It would be wild , but possible. More likely the 2 but Pittsburgh has a shot. I think they will beat the Niners, but will lose to Detroit. Possibly to the Rams. They’ll win the remaining AFC games if they need them for positioning.

I think the Bills will lose 2 more games. Just can’t see the Chiefs relinquishing that #1 seed. The Bills will probably be the 2 seed, possibly 3.

Bills Exposed 2023 Eagles and Now, 2024 Chiefs
Boatdrinks replied to theRalph's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed: nothing exposed here that we didn’t already know. In short, they both were who we thought they were. When these two teams meet you expect multiple lead changes , good defense, a couple turnovers and the QB that has the ball last will likely win the game. McD knew kicking a FG to go up 5 while giving the ball back to Mahomes was a recipe for a loss. You may do that with many other QBs, but not him. You have Josh Allen- let him go get a W. I was surprised that wasn’t the gameplan at the end of last years divisional playoff. Thought for sure we’d get some Josh runs with an option to pass. Sean wasn’t making that mistake again. -
11/17/24 Game 11 GAMEDAY! Bills vs Chiefs post game Thread

It was a pick play. Not much to see here, sometimes it will be called and oftentimes it won’t. All teams run these and I’ve seen worse go uncalled. -

Don’t know. It didn’t look like much of anything to me, but there is some discussion on the interwebs lol. Just mentioning what I’ve seen. -
11/17/24 Game 11 GAMEDAY! Bills vs Chiefs post game Thread

Was kind of a golf clap… there’s some debate over what he meant by it -if anything. -
Meh. I’m fine with the Commander in Chief using Air Force One. Let’s get rid of all the money laundering of taxpayer dollars that’s gone on for years. You know, this or that company gets 900k to study the effects of COVID on Russian women. Or 1.2 million to study bee stings etc etc. Eliminate DEI departments etc etc. That’s the kind of wasteful bloated crap that needs to be eliminated.

Week 11 - Chiefs at Bills Game Week Thread
Boatdrinks replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is a big concern. The Bills OL has struggled vs cover 0 at times and Allen has had some shaky moments against those looks as well. No Brown is a problem. Brady has his work cut out for him- it’s advantage Spags in this matchup. -
Week 11 - Chiefs at Bills Game Week Thread

Sounds like it was from the playoff game in January -
It felt like kind of a last hurrah for the Super Bowl Bills, as the season went downhill from there. They missed the playoffs for the first time since the strike-shortened ‘87 campaign. While they returned to the playoffs in 95 and 96, they never seemed to be top tier Super Bowl contender for the remainder of Kelly’s playing days.

1990 Week 5 LA Raiders at Buffalo Bills.
Boatdrinks replied to Tombstone's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes it was. Skip Caray did the playby play for a few years , and I was a big fan. I liked their overall presentation and preferred it to ESPN at the time. I think they used to split the season on SNF with TNT taking the early half of the season’s slate of games. -
1990 Week 5 LA Raiders at Buffalo Bills.
Boatdrinks replied to Tombstone's topic in The Stadium Wall
There was an electric atmosphere in Rich stadium for that one , and the ending was a real thriller. Tasker block and James Williams return was a great play. Odomes stole the show though, with his outright theft of the ball from Willie Gault. It was an NFL on TNT Sunday nighter, and walking out after the game we really started to think that it might be our year. -
Hmmm. I just want the Bills to reach - and win- the Superbowl. If that means getting a break or two along the way with regards to opponents , then so be it.

Who will be in trumps cabinet?
Boatdrinks replied to 4th&long's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Yes! It’s terrifying to some people, to be sure. -
In the past I would have said someone like Gene Steratore. Right now it would probably be Bill Vinovich.

Definitely concerned about which crew gets assigned to this game. It will have an impact.
