  1. Voted for ten years, but given your choices I took it to mean ten more years.
  2. It’s a fair assessment for now. Of course , a draft still takes a few seasons to get a true grade. As was brought up, the Chiefs were a final four team as well and got more out of their picks than the Bills. Brown made a solid and important contribution to the Bills OL in 2021. If he’s a long term RT and Rousseau turns into a dependable pass rushing threat the draft will be a good one. If the Bills had selected Humphrey, they’d probably get an A.
  3. Wallace was supposed to have inside leverage and he played outside. Major screw up there that didn’t help.
  4. With the 13 second debacle still an open wound, I’d still say I feel very good about the state of the Bills. They have the best ( or 2nd best depending who you ask) QB in the AFC. WRs are very good, Gabriel Davis just had a 200 yard playoff game. I definitely believe they’d be preparing for the Super Bowl now if not for that inexplicable sequence at the end of regulation in KC. They will have a few departures and holes to fill but that’s the league now. Some restructuring of contracts will probably be in order. Still, I expect this team to be in the AFC championship game next season.
  5. I think Oprah should buy the team.
  6. I can see waiting to see if there is anything substantial there. Pretty major allegation if true. Then there’s those new deals the NFL has with the Sportsbooks. The league always distanced themselves from gambling in the past; probably for good reason.
  7. Exactly and there were plenty of reports speculating as much. Why are folks shocked and faux outraged about it when they predicted it? These whiny temper tantrums about the ways of the world need to stop. People hire their friends/ colleagues when they get the big promotion. I mean I don’t wonder how many caucasians some rapper has in his entourage when he makes it big. Doesn’t offend me, it’s just how s$&+ works in the real world. I’d rather listen to talk radio or sports tv talking about Brady’s freakin retirement than this crap.
  8. Continuity means running the Erhardt-Perkins system Josh has spent 3 years in. Don’t underestimate the importance of that. Brady worked in that one offensive system most of his career. Now obviously there will be differences in play calling style with Dorsey, but the concepts will remain similar. Don’t want to install a new offense when you’re competing for a championship.
  9. Yep. Rams will have one appearance via a rather infamous no call by Refs, and another from a pretty major choke by Jimmy G plus a dropped INT. Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good.
  10. Haven’t bought that brand since they changed , or Aunt Jemima pancake mix whatever the f#%* they call it now. Just stupid and can’t support it. Commanders is just a god awful name and sounds like a low rent semi pro team. Roughriders would have been better.
  11. And so what if it was? They were FORCED to proceed with the sham. It’s the NFL and people like to work with people they know and get along with. Kind of like political appointees. Do you think those are pretty well pre determined ? It’s how the world works.
  12. One created by a terrible rule. They were just doing what was required. Or does the last man interviewed need to be given the job even though you got. your guy? The Giants didn’t announce this publicly, this is allegedly some private conversation.
  13. Check out KC’s roster. You think Ruggs will never see an NFL field again even after that poor woman lost her life in an inferno ?
  14. Oh god, Frazier or Bienemey haven’t gotten a HC job due to their race? There’s zero evidence of this. Idiotic to suggest there is.
  15. Exactly. It could be as simple as “ Daboll really wowed everyone in the interview and we think he’s a perfect fit! We still have to interview another candidate to comply x rule” Can’t tell me a decision isn’t already made in 99% of situations. The last interviewed isn’t necessarily getting the job. The league rule said they had to do one more , so they did.
  16. Blah blah blah. He’s great at saying things while still saying nothing. That’s perfect for a defense attorney. It’s not that easy and it’s why a great defense attorney can win ...often.
  17. Hey, give him a break. He’s just figuring out Instaface and snapchat. I can only imagine where the pics he sent to the Asian Orchid spa went!
  18. Nothing worse than was done by BB and the Pats* organization. Cheating to win takes on many forms including trying for a better draft pick. Fine him if true , take away a few picks and that’s that. Taking a team away? Ridiculous.
  19. True, and I don’t believe it specifies such interviews must be done first. At least, I’ve never heard that mentioned. Teams should be able to hire who they want , who they believe is best for the job, and who they like the most.
  20. You ever see him in a post game presser? He’s a defense attorney’s dream.
  21. Hey, they made the Bills do them. Dumb rule= dumb result.
  22. A threat to Democracy too!
  23. I agree with the first statement The game wasn’t lost on the kickoff “ miscommunication.” Can’t agree with the second part though. The Bills absolutely could have ( and should have ) executed a sensible plan to close out the final 00:13. KC simply took what the Bills gave them ,which was the game.
  24. Yes. Get a new defensive coordinator. That’s about it.
