  1. Terry's owned the team for like 8 years... He has never once declared that his goal is to build a downtown stadium Even pre-negotiations he never mentioned it really He wants to build the stadium in the cheapest spot possible. And he already has land in orchard Park If he wanted to build the stadium downtown he could have said it 7 years ago, that that was his goal... Never did I don't think it is He's talked about stadiums plenty
  2. He wanted to be a quarterback for multiple years.. we brought him in and he wanted to play quarterback Only after multiple years of failure, did he consider a position switch.. the dude didn't want to be a tight end while in Buffalo
  3. The articles mention the city because that's the trendy thing to say The money issue almost makes it guaranteed it's not going downtown You never hear Terry pegula talking about how he needs to build a downtown stadium .. it's all conjecture
  4. Pittsburgh rust belt no dome, Cleveland rust belt no dome, Buffalo rust belt no dome, New England in New England, no dome , Philadelphia no dome, Green Bay no dome As much as you think the wind affects our team, it effects the other team a lot more... Cuz they don't have Josh Allen
  5. He's a lying PoS And yes we made plenty of promises to protect the Afghani and Iraqi people
  6. The horrors of wind.. dude football is absolutely made to be played in wind and rain and snow And the wind effects the other team's quarterbacks a lot more than effects Josh Allen.. same in the Kelly days There's about one or two games a year where it's freezing cold with terrible wind.. And you can still play football in it.. and there's 70,000 people that will attend
  7. You don't have to register , that's just to track your handicap
  8. He led American forces in ramadi iraq the deadliest place in the world at the time ... But that's How he described Afghanistan and Iraq basically The people we were training, really didn't believe in the cause.. they wanted to be free.. they just didn't believe they could win, especially without America Of course there are some valiant soldiers.. but every United States Marine is willing to die for their brother.. that's not the same in the Afghan Iraqi armies
  9. Coming from a military family, we've absolutely been training Afghanistan soldiers for years We weren't fighting afghanistanis, we are fighting the Taliban alongside Afghanistan soldiers that we were training Unfortunately like a lot of our military commanders, generals said, There's not much allegiance for those soldiers in the Afghan army.. because the fate of the country is uncertain.. if you don't believe what you're fighting for, cuz you can't see it actually coming to fruition.. Then at the first drop of adversity during a battle, they don't hunker down with their brothers and fight... They flee because they'd rather live than die for A cause that they're not sure will happen They don't put up much of a fight
  10. My friend is a big time golfer and saw him at his club... I'm texting him right now to find out which one exactly was My memory is saying crag burn, East Aurora CC , or Park But I would say the country club of Buffalo is the fanciest and the best in Western New York @DrDawkinstein it is crag burn but he hasn't saw him this year it was last year
  11. I think you're underestimating that there are still some really conservative, submissive women Who want a man, to be the man of the house.. the classic 1950s Man of the House.. there were tons of mothers who didn't work back then They're still some women like that.. Can she leave and take half his stuff, absolutely, but my friend is absolutely in charge of the family If you saw their relationship, dichotomy is not far off She's a classic 1950s stay-at-home mom.. and if people think that doesn't exist anymore their mistaken Their relationship definitely isn't perfect, but he's definitely the man of the house, and in charge
  12. It's not even about laziness to them .. my friends are the boss and tell them to not work and raise the kids They make enough money and want their wife to be full time stay at home moms.. it's my friends call , not the wives.. especially when you have 3-4 children in a row and prefer not to use child care It might be different when the kids are older
  13. Agree with lots of what you said except the bolded.. he is a tremendous athlete and his upside is unreal but his play strength was his biggest weakness at Oregon
  14. I know some are down on Copeland but he is crazy creative... And it's not reckless either it's pretty controlled... Get him to work with Jim and GMac and he will learn alot
  15. I already explained you that's because of playing in the ACC or Big10 etc Rutgers didn't make more money or spend more money than UB before they went to the big 10 UB spends more money on the football program and made more than Rutgers before the switch.. the switch is what generates the revenue
  16. But the cost of living a pride doesn't make sense for many people But if you have a paid off mortgage or a cheap one.. it's something that might be possible
  17. My friends who work 100 hour weeks? No, they work that much.. so their wife could be a stay-at-home mom
  18. I'm not the guy who ripped you But I've been using the word belittle since I was about 12 years old.. but maybe it's because I have a good grasp on the English language
  19. U can say that but Syracuse has been on a downswing for a long time and UB is on a upswing And I'm a Syracuse Alumni 20 years ago UB was getting zero star recruits.. now they've won some recruiting battles against SU... Average SU recruit ..85 grade... Average UB recruit 82.. right there I still work around the college football game.. I'm not just saying it to be trendy It's absolutely something that is happening slowly.. there's a reason why Syracuse won't schedule UB.. and UB would absolutely take the game Because the loss would be damaging to the program of Syracuse 15 SU players are on NFL rosters in preseason.. 12 UB alum are 15 years and UB will have more alumni in the league.. SU is a basketball school, hardly been relevant since Donovan McNabb... The days of Ernie Davis are long gone
  20. The last thing anybody in Western New York cares about is what outsiders think We know we're the only team in New York state... A name doesn't change it What state do the Giants and Jets play in? Simple They represent the city I understand your point.. where do they play? East Rutherford New Jersey
  21. There are alot of schools with black eyes Most Collegiate sports don't have a return on investment... It wasn't shocking to see UB drop baseball and the like UB football doesn't even make money.. but it's partially because they are in the MAC.. Rutgers football revenue went up almost 50% just by joining UB still has the biggest sports revenue in the MAC.. it's outgrowing it and will be too big in 15-20 years
  22. First the bills are never leaving.. second UB could never fill the void no matter how much I love them And again this isn't a three or five year plan.. building a major college football program isn't a three or five year plan It's a 30 to 50 year plan.. legitimately.. and in the next 10-15 years you're going to be seeing massive growth The only thing keeping them back in the next 15 years is a nicer stadium.. which obviously would be hard to get But UB spends more than Rutgers spent before they moved to the Big ten.. the move to the Big ten dramatically increased Rutgers revenue... They weren't making it before UB is absolutely on footing with Rutgers minus a stadium.. we probably have better football talent as well
  23. They're starting to get recruits that used to go to Syracuse.. the Domino is going to fall within 5 or 10 years I think there's almost no chance they ever make a lateral move to conference USA ... They will wait for a big ten opening if they ever move That was the plan 20 years ago.. to be a major conference School.. UB is the flagship University of New York.. The goal was always big ten
  24. UB is going to overtake Syracuse as the #1 football program in NY Being Public and the amount of resources spend on the program at UB they are in a prime position for the Future I was there when it all began and im so proud of the university Horns Up 🤘🤘🤘
