  1. That happens literally like once a game and it's a strategic piece to McDermott's blitz scheme McDermott's best blitz packages are overloads ... And there's gonna be open spots when you overload and you need that D end to peel back into a hook QBs know where Jerry is and that split second when they are watching him peel back , is when the overload hits from the other side
  2. He loves everyone
  3. Sin no more he said 🤣 Twisting it a bit
  4. Hopefully your blind as well because I can hear that voice through CC 🤣
  5. At its core.. how it effects the City of Buffalo , is the deciding factor And there's dozens of studies that show that there's no economic impact, let alone the cost for a downtown stadium is astronomical And we're known for bills Mafia.. even before the term was around we were known for the most rabid fans... We rock shirts off in January It's not even close between the open air and dome people with decades and decades of hardened fans in the elements Older folks , people who don't like the cold or elements want a dome... But the majority of WNY and Buffalo especially embrace the elements...a blue collar city like Buffalo and a dome don't mix
  6. I feel that a downtown stadium has more support than a dome ... Everybody who lives here knows a downtown stadium is probably out of the question And the dome is absolutely in the minority.. I think there's a better chance of a downtown stadium than a dome A dome in Buffalo is not happening... Not in a city and a fan base that embraces weather... Pittsburgh, New England, don't have domes, neither does Green Bay And buffalo embraces the weather as much of more than all of them
  7. This is my opinion But it seems like most of the people who are banging the table for a dome downtown, are not Buffalonians Most of the people on the site don't live in Buffalo We're all Bills fan so we can all have our opinions, and I love everyone here and I love our bills.. but besides old fans, the last thing most Buffalonians want is a dome We embrace the elements in Buffalo.. we are a rust belt Blue collar city.. we aren't a dome city
  8. Why does buffalo have to think big? Downtown stadiums are trendy, that's all They don't bring any economic impact, dozens of studies have already shown that... Buffalo is a blue collar, rust belt, gothic art deco style City The last thing it needs is a couple billion dollar Palace downtown The people of Buffalo are also blue collar, hard working, embrace the elements people... Literally the idea of a domed stadium flies in the face of that Football is a game that was made for the elements, and the city has always embraced that Not to mention the fact that we have the best long-standing tailgating tradition in the NFL, which will disappear if it goes downtown All of those signs point to an open air stadium in orchard Park Everybody has their own opinions.. the majority of Buffalonians don't want to lose anything of what I stated We embrace the elements, and we have a long tradition of Tailgating with family , friends and fun.. The bills are building a football stadium, not a multi-purpose facility
  9. Antonio Gates didn't play college football either And he's going to the HoF
  10. I'm sure the only way he was competing was because of his wrestling base He didn't have the technical football skills Of course it's crazy to think that any wrestler could play football.. but a football player with a wrestling base is definitely an advantage... Because they understand leverage and hand fighting
  11. Lesnar didn't play football for a decade... Got hit by a van after the combine and STILL made the Vikings practice squad They wanted him to play in NFL Europe and he said no way He was definitely way closer to making it than people think He went to Training camp with a broken jaw and lower body injuries and made the PS
  12. Again I think it's all up to the prospect.. Ohio state hasnt produced many NFL QBs because they ran a offense predicated around running QBs for years .. if your gonna add Hurts to bama , gotta add Burrow to Ohio State They weren't recruiting QBs with big time NFL potential most part.. college is about winning now , not standing in the Pocket and throwing a route tree.. So they would rather have athletes who can run and throw a little .. even now that is changing with Fields and a freshman they have their Quin Ewers.. who is the #1 HS player and future top 10 pick So they can recruit a big time NFL prospect if they want Even Alabama putting out 3 QBs in the last 10 years is great.. considering dozens of schools never get a QB drafted It's ALWAYS about the individual kid... His drive and passion and work ethic Look at all 32 starters and you are getting 20+ different schools... There is no QB factory for successful NFL QBs... 2 from Cal - Goff , Rodgers 2 from Clemson- Watson , Lawrence Tua and Hurts- Alabama Baker and Hurts- Oklahoma It really boils down to individuals
  13. He's actually a lil behind Leipold on the recruiting trail rn in terms of overall recruits .. I don't think he's gonna have a super quick stay.. at least 3-4 years But he is signing some 0 star guys, something Leipold hadn't done in few years .. so he definitely has to get more recruits with stars
  14. If you live in buffalo you know there is 0% chance of the first bolded . And the second half would only happen if Terry pegula 100% footed that restaurant/casino
  15. This isn't real
  16. Quinn Ewers is at Ohio State right now and he's going to be a stud in the NFL Again at the college level it's all about winning now.. it's not about throwing an NFL route tree , and hanging in the pocket too long The majority of all high-level programs prefer athletes to pure quarterbacks.. because it helps them win football games in college Texas tech has had the most QB friendly system for a decade in college football... Every QB there has out up stats for a decade.. they just finally got guys like baker and Mahomes who had the arm to go with accuracy The overall team may be lacking but TTech has fielded a passing offense for over a decade... They finally hit the jackpot Most of the top QB recruits in the country are runners or dual threats with not much NFL future... It doesn't deter schools like Ohio state and Alabama from recruiting them to win in college.. they don't need a Peyton Manning... But they will recruit a pocket passer with NFL future if they can.. ala ewers at Ohio State
  17. He also said he likes weiners
  18. Realistically it all comes down to the player himself There's not many colleges that have a laundry list of super successful quarterbacks It all boils down to the individual Maybe Ohio State hasn't produced great quarterbacks for 50 years because they like running quarterbacks as opposed to guys who will have NFL careers.. but they're even starting to recruit passers
  19. I'd like to see the still frame of the bills in an actual 46 setup Not a hybrid When have our strong side and weak sideline backers ever lined up next to each other on the strong side of the formation, with a Mike and SS playing another LB spot? This is a traditional 46 That's a nickel defense for a 43 team .. which is basically 65% of our packages
  20. We get Carey , who I think is going to be rising in the rankings .. I think we're solidly a top five-seven class in the country We are sitting really really good right now.. already the best draft class in a good amount of years
  21. Where do you get the 46 defense from ? That's a Distinct setup, which McDermott hardly if ever actually does
  22. Ken stabler and Namath say hi How many colleges have two quarterbacks of that caliber? How many Tennessee quarterbacks are good before Peyton Manning?
  23. Fixed*** lmaooo Like anything in life some people like it and some don't If you're into strategy games then I would give it a shot
