That's a pretty decent take There are definitely a lot of women Bills fans around the city , some are very knowledgeable A lot like watching the support but don't really understand the rules There's about 10 15% of women though, who are calling out penalties from the stands lol

They have the harbor center but I don't believe they have any more restaurants .. or any restaurants left open They sold 716 ..and labatt brew house which is still closed ... bakery 55 idk... the pegula daughters do own like a little homemade boutique healthy scratch But even if the stadium was downtown I don't know how many people you're getting to those three locations... The hotel would bring in a lot more money

My point in the last post was pretty simple. Terry pegula has owned the team for a long time... And he's never publicly declared that he wanted to build a stadium downtown.. he's talked about a stadium a lot And I just think if it was 100% his goal to get it downtown.. he would have mentioned it once in the last 8 years that that's where he really wants it When you add in the money costs yeah I think it's common sense that it's not I don't care where it goes I just don't think it's going downtown

I'm not talking like I know what's happening.. I'm just using common sense And a downtown stadium is going to cost closer to 2 billion dollars if not more Those Downtown stadium project talks did say that the Buffalo outer harbor is no longer a destination ... So the last place is probably around the sabres arena .. and that's probably a 2 billion dollar project I'm just using common sense and we're building the cheapest stadium possible

He has never once declared that his goal is to build a downtown stadium Even pre-negotiations he never mentioned it really He wants to build the stadium in the cheapest spot possible. And he already has land in orchard Park If he wanted to build the stadium downtown he could have said it 7 years ago, that that was his goal... Never did I don't think it is He's talked about stadiums plenty

He wanted to be a quarterback for multiple years.. we brought him in and he wanted to play quarterback Only after multiple years of failure, did he consider a position switch.. the dude didn't want to be a tight end while in Buffalo
