  1. You like him better than our team guy, Barkley? Would you be willing to upset the applecart by tossing Barkley over the side? If keep all three, who do you want to cut?
  2. THey throw the flag too quickly. Last night was absurd. Flowers and the Lions have every right to be super pissed. Those were big calls that gave the Pack life.
  3. Seems about right, crazy the normally high ranked teams beneath us. Rams, Eagles, Cowboys etc- https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/27839117/week-7-nfl-power-rankings-1-32-poll-plus-every-team-biggest-weakness Week 6 ranking: 10 Biggest weakness: Turnovers It's a fixable problem, but the Bills' 11 turnovers are tied for fifth in the NFL -- which is an obvious ball and chain for an offense ranked fifth in average time of possession, ninth in first downs per game and 11th in yards per game. If Buffalo takes better care of the ball, it will be a dangerous team given the strength of its defense. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques
  4. Unfortunate for Carolina? It seems they found away to get rid of "Look at Me" Newton for a capable new qb. Rivera's long reign will continue.
  5. I'm a huge Rivers fan, but I think his wierd throwing motion is not aging well. He seems like he has nothing on those throws anymore.
  6. Please...more Rex. As long as he's in the studio or on the sidelines we get to enjoy him. If he's not on our sideline I am a fan.
  7. You build from the inside out. I'm glad we got a FO that understands that. Glitzey draft picks don't win.
  8. Sorry, no one, not even Andy Reid knew he would be as good as he is. Another Brady-like unicorn.
  9. It would not even be competitive. Every NFL team has over 50 players who were top college studs. Every year this comes up and it's a silly comparison, no matter how good the college team or how bad the nfl team.
  10. I love Eli Manning and will forever be thankful for what he did to the Patriots. But he would be a 23 million dollar backup here. Silliness.
  11. Part of growth mindset is admitting a mistake and moving on.
  12. Two things that stuck out to me. 1) He has hands man. Zay drops sooo many. So do our TE's at the moment, though I am hopeful for Knox 2) Power, one of his catches he turned a quick tackle and no gain into 3 or 4 yards, the dude is big and strong and can drag some people and run through some tackles, that will show up in weeks to come
  13. Right, for every Sean McVay there are lots of Kitchens, Gase etc- I would far prefer a defensive minded HC. Take a look at SB winning teams...
  14. No. I think we see the approach to building this thing is a team concept-- If they get guys they will fit that mold and are less likely to be splashy.
  15. What was up with him in Mia? No good? Attitude? Is this our next Jerry Hughes like deal?
  16. I do not think there is anyway Brandon brings in a super star receiver, ruins the whole process. I could see him bringing in depth at line etc. I think this is the team TBH-- unless a high character guy like Von Miller is there for the taking I don't see it happening. We embrace a TEAM concept and I think they are OK with that. Next year maybe a superstar, but right now, this team is learning how to win, with no Antonio Brown-like crutch. What will make a difference is more time doing what they did yesterday and letting the game come to them. Josh will get better at hitting the check-down a t the right time, giving them some room to run.
  17. Can we start a new survivor mid-way though or no?
  18. There are no longer any games you need to pen in with a LOSS for this team. Not even a pencil! I'm no longer sure they can't beat just about anyone. Of course they won't be favored all the time, but who the the hell is gonna wanna play the Bills? Yesterday's Josh Allen beats the Pats the previous week, the Pats got back to blowing teams out and the mighty Chiefs fell. If this team keeps getting better and Josh develops the style he played yesterday, we will not be an easy out. Imagine this defense in the playoffs?
  19. Fun read! How much do you love John Brown?? It is so thrilling to have a gm and a coach with a plan. You can trust them. They won't always be perfect but they will not fail because of stubborn pride. We don't have many superstars, instead, we got a ton of hard-working, legit, NFL caliber players. Each week there will new stars because they all play hard together.
