    Shakir has been amazing. We have him, Kincaid and Cooks as building blocks for the next 2-3 years. Gotta add more big time weapons for Josh and keep adding to the OL. Luckily it is a great draft for both this year.

    I do agree that Allen was great tonight, but he should have taken the open crosser to Diggs. We were playing to run out the clock with how the defense was struggling to stop the Chiefs. He was still great but that wasn’t the best choice even if it wound up a touchdown.

    The loss sucks but we will all be back here next September including McDermott, Beane and Brady. For me as long as they keep putting top resources into the offense like they did with Cooks, Kincaid and Torrence I will believe we can break through. Need a big influx of talent at WR next year since it will be Diggs last and he has shriveled in big playoff games here.

    With that loss and the Texans loss earlier, since 2000 teams that have scored 40 points in a Wildcard week victory are 3-10 in the divisional rounds the next week. That includes the 2021 season, when the Bills and chiefs both scored over 40 in the WC before meeting in the divisional round.

    I believe they rotate spots each year. AFC was the late game last year, and the early game the year before that.

    Fangio is one of the greats of this generation, Dolphins were 7-1 at home and should have been 8-0 (Tenn last minute comeback was the only blemish). We should have crushed them it’s true, but this may be the toughest game we play until at least the AFCCG if we get that far.

    Oh boy. Even if it plays out that we get in with a loss - going to KC and then Baltimore the next week is not the way. Let Baltimore and the Browns bloody themselves in the division round and hope that the AFCCG goes through Buffalo Teams hosting the Chamionship games in the last 11 years are 16-6 and 29-13 since they went to 32 teams in 2002. Home field helps.

    Likely games are Buf @ miami, Pit @ Baltimore, and Rams @ 49ers depending on how this week shakes out. If Miami loses to Baltimore and Bills beat Pats I think it will be us. If Miami wins I think it will be rams/49ers

    If the Dolphins beat the Ravens and clinch the East and the Bengals and Steelers lose (or some other clinching combinations), I’ve been thinking the same thing. Let the team take the week off and play backups in Miami. The Bye week did wonders for this team. I think we probably still have a reason to be playing tho to clinch or for seeding
