  1. Agreed. You are right. To your point, I'd like to see what Ragland has at mike before adding another.
  2. I'm not a scout, but I don't see what everyone else see's in Foster. To me he looks like he's slowed down on the field because he's thinking too much. As a result, he seems to play smart, but reactionary football. On the other hand, watch someone like Haason Reddick play. That guy attacks the offense and just plays faster. Cliche to say this, but Foster has a higher floor, Reddick has a higher ceiling. But I'd take Reddick over Foster all day.
  3. I just heard John Candy in my head. Thank you. But wasn't it Shanice?
  4. I really like Mayock. But I never understood how he ever had Peppers ahead of Adams and Hooker. Also, I completely disagree with Watson as the #1 QB. In my opinion Watson was a terrific college QB. He is not an NFL QB.
  5. I heard he ate Buffalo wings with ranch dressing.
  6. My post wasn't meant to be a call for us to draft Kizer. I just wanted to throw the video out there for people to see. On the accuracy point, I've seen some beautiful throws from Kizer. But to be honest, I haven't watched enough of him to make a strong judgement either way.
  7. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuJcPzb815A This was pretty impressive. I've seen a lot of QBs fail miserably when dealing with Mariucci. Just food for thought. In my opinion, football IQ and accuracy are the most important factors in a successful NFL quarterback.
  8. Amazing athlete...bad football player.
  9. Born and raised in Southern California. I was hesitant to respond here because I may have contributed to the Bills sorrows/curse... I became a fan on a day the Bills lost an ugly game. I became a Bills fan on January 8, 1989. The AFC championship game vs the Bengals. The Bills had a bad game in a hostile environment against an "unstoppable" offense. But I saw them fighting and I felt that I could see signs of greatness in the team. I was pulling for them in that game. And I've never stopped since then.
  10. Couple of things. 1) He has Peppers ahead of both Adams AND Hooker at safety. Couldn't disagree more. And I like Peppers. 2) It's interesting that nickel back is now getting a separate header in DB rankings.
  11. Hard to tell since we couldn't see his route running. The video doesn't show a lot of tough catches either. His play style reminds me of Hines Ward. Tough, strong, mean player. I'm not saying he'd be as good as Ward. Like I said, you can't tell much from this clip. It's rare to be able to judge a WR from Youtube highlight reels.
  12. This is my thought as well. I was impressed with Listenbee's ability to make tough catches. He's not a track star playing football. He's a receiver who happens to be very fast. I'm expecting Listenbee to surprise a lot of people next season.
  13. Not sure how anyone can dislike this young man. He showed a lot of class, character, leadership, work ethic, etc. He just happened to not be a great quarterback while he was here. It wasn't for lack of trying. I say thank you, and good luck, EJ.
  14. How dare Whaley try to sign guys who can help the team. Doesn't he know we're trying to win the draft Superbowl?
  15. Interesting statement on Peppers. He's a big question. I mean, watching him play, I can't decide if he's Eric Berry or Coy Wire. In other words, he's either going to be really good, or really bad. The athletic potential is beyond question though.
  16. Cleveland has $100 million to spend and they couldn't even retain Terrell Pryor, an Ohio State product, for $8 million. I'm annoyed with them for different reasons.
  17. I really don't care what a QBs mechanics are as long as he can deliver the 15 yard out with accuracy and on time. Aaron Rodgers often throws with horrible mechanics. Trent Edwards had great footwork and a quick release. Which one would you take? In the NFL, successful QBs are accurate, competitive, and have football smarts. If Mahomes has these qualities, I want him on the team. Watching him play I'd say he has the first two. The combine would answer if he has #3.
  18. Yes. A guy his size should get a mandatory 3 jump ball opportunities every game.
  19. Didn't Kap play last year well below his playing weight due to an injury? It's not surprising to see strength/accuracy lost on many of his throws. This isn't an argument for signing him. I'm just saying.
  20. I'd bring him back, but only if Steve Christie coaches him.
  21. Didn't see that this thread had already been started. Please ignore.
  22. I have a feeling that the biggest addition to our WR corps next year will be Listenbee. I was super impressed with him at TCU. I can't wait to finally see what he can do for the Bills after being injured last year.
  23. Something major must've happened in the front office. You don't fire your GM at the start of free agency...with the draft around the corner.
  24. Criticize them all you want, but I can think of a couple of posters here who will take those numbers and run with them...just to argue that Whaley, "needs to go." A lot of people just want to read what they believe. The truth is secondary.
  25. He's no Darrius Heyward-Bey. Seriously though, with Al Davis no longer with us, I don't think any team out there will take Ross over Davis or Williams just because of the 40 time.
