  1. If there was a good corner available to pick up on the streets, he wouldn't be on the streets guys. Many teams do not have 2 "starting caliber" corners He's a body in a room that needs a body If a trade is going to happen, it will happen on a timeline dictated by the needs of both teams involved, not because Bills fans snap their fingers in demand today
  2. This is some psychological phenomenon, my dad and most other dads I know who like the Bills do the same thing. It doesn't matter that the Bills objectively beat up on bad teams more than any other team, any bad team on our schedule is an upset waiting to happen
  3. That was not our easy stretch lol, our next two games are versus the Giants and the Patriots. Tampa after that, and a mediocre Cinci, and then the Broncos and Rodgers-less Jets. Yes, I know we lost to them once in OT in their building. It doesn't really get easier than that for any six game stretch any NFL team can face. Bills need at least 5 of those and they will get them That team was 4-2, 5-3, 6-4, and 7-6 at various points! If we can get our offense humming in late December and don't have any more season-ending injuries (hopefully a reasonable proposition) I am as excited about this team as ever
  4. I don't mind the rest disadvantage as far as it hurt us on the scoreboard - that stuff happens in various forms to all teams throughout the year, you have to overcome it. But combining it with the dog**** turf, I'm pretty certain that this contributed to our major injuries. The London experiment as a whole needs to be thrown in the trash.
  5. I wore a new Bills shirt for the Jets game, and was told under no uncertain terms that I must never wear it again. I had it on for the first half of yesterday's game :/
  6. This is always the question for any team
  7. Trying to look at the bright side, just 4 weeks ago i was convinced we had a stud linebacker and a huge question mark that we would have to gameplan around. Well, even after today, we have one stud linebacker and a huge question mark to gameplan around. Losing Jones SUCKS. But Von, Groot, Floyd, Epenesa, Oliver are not hurt long-term, and hopefully can stay healthy down the stretch. that is a MUCH better pool of DL talent than has been available during any of 2020, 2021, 2022. Losing Tre sucks, but we are pretty used to not having an elite player in that spot. There hasn't been one there in 2 calendar years. Our OL is better than any of those seasons as well. They were NOT great today, but they have NOT been anywhere near as awful as the worst games from those seasons. We have a nice stretch of games here to regroup. And we have Josh Allen Get to 11 wins and get these guys to January mostly intact, and anything can happen
  8. The worst part about it. There is not some injury threshold that you can pass and be safe the rest of the year. No, even if you lose 5 important guys by week 5, there are still 22 guys out there who can get just as hurt as if those 5 were healthy! Miserable to watch
  9. To add to this, what appears to be the case in some posters' eyes is that if you take a loss for what it is, a loss, of which we will probably get 3 or 4 more even if things go really well, you are a "homer" who "makes excuses" To satisfy these posters, you have to declare the season OVER because of what you have seen in the loss. Then you won't be making excuses.
  10. I don't get the point of harping about people "Making excuses" Nobody thinks this game shouldn't count. Nobody thinks the Bills shouldn't have done better. The things they did bad, in addition to any other factors that could have caused the loss, are being discussed. That's how it works. Quit whining
  11. Lmao Kelce is fine, that team has never and will never have injury issues
  12. Josh's timing AND accuracy on those swing type passes is really bad. He's not a natural at them at all. Scrub em from the playbook, there are many other ways to get 2 yards.
  13. Daquon is awesome, but we will still have Ed, Von, Groot and Floyd on that DL. and AJ...who expected what he has turned into? Milano and Tre are devastating but this team will still go as far as their offense can take them. We have 2.5 months to tune it up so that it's humming in January, and as gross as this game was, there is nothing fundamentally making me worry that that isn't possible.
  14. Hope Kelce is ok. That didn't look great.
  15. It is incredibly easy to watch for free without giving them any money
  16. I'm glad Goodell is not near me right now because I would probably have to go to jail
  17. I already feel bad for hitting enter on this btw, it's not true. Just wish we could have a ***** break
  18. I am always careful to be polite and prudent when watching, to avoid karma. I don't care anymore. i'm going to watch every dolphins and chiefs game the rest of the year begging to see ACLs snap.
  19. I was under the assumption all week we were playing on elite grass. Are you saying that we could have played on that but soccer said no, so we played on ***** turf? Is that really what happened?
  20. Guess we aren't being spared the endless injury parade this year huh.
  21. Is there any blue cheese that isn't 80% soybean oil?
