    No, you have to be balanced 5 and 5 on each side of the kicker. That side of the Chargers did not have anyone on the hash, they were all well outside the hash. They line someone up on the hash, they probably get that ball.

    Frank is hamstrung by an organization that is not worthy of him. The Colts need to do a much better job of personnel evaluation. If Frank had a real QB, he'd have the Colts on the winning edge. Matty Ice is on the downslope, and they got no one warming up in the wings.
