  1. I appreciate the work and like your thread title. I much prefer to read these types of threads than something Talley's wife said....
  2. My favorite stuff they put out, the post-draft inside looks! Thanks.
  3. NFL.com profile says same.
  4. NFL profile says he could move to Safety.
  5. Yeah, I laughed out loud when I saw the pick!
  6. Too Brandt didn't get to announce this one!
  7. I believe they met with Dono West too. Time for an IOL pick.
  8. Of course not, but that's what drove him to make the move--when need matches up with BPA (as he also said in his presser).
  9. The way R1 went, the odds are 50-50, especially if a handful of QBs go before 57. There is a lot of talent left on the D side of the ball, so I think the Bills will have a choice of at least one of Hall/Walker, a couple WRs, and the top TE prospect.
  10. As Beane said in his presser, in addition to the last R1 talent on their board, it was the possibility of someone jumping in front of them--everyone knew the Bills needed a CB.
  11. This is going to be a much more interesting round for the Bills. Filled their biggest and most obvious hole in R1, so there are multiple possibilities here. If 2-3 QBs go in the next 24 picks, there will be some very good players available (there will be anyway). I think there will be another run on the tier-2 WRs and CBs, so it's quite possible the top RBs and TEs are there. Then there are LBs and Safeties. I think the only thing that is certain is there will be a lot of teeth gnashing on TBD after the pick...
  12. I'd bet a lot of money that Knox ain't goin nowhere.
  13. He must've been the only remaining CB they had an R1 grade on.
  14. I'll be shocked if this doesn't happen
  15. I thought Sauce might be the pick there, but maybe now...
  16. My point was that they might try to jump in front of the Saints if there's only one R1 OT left. We'll find out soon enough...
  17. Having gm'd the Chargers in TBD mock #1, they really need an RT. There's not much left in your mock, so I wonder if they'd try to jump up to get someone like Penning?
  18. This is a good take, especially your 3rd sentence. Given their cap constraints going forward, they will need to draft a number of positions where guys can take a year (or two) to develop.
  19. Yeah, this is why I'm more excited about this year's draft, because I expect Beane to do a lot of horse trading.
  20. Check the Von Miller quotes in the thread Yolo put up, he's actively recruiting Haden.
  21. The Pats receiver would have been "way more open" too if Mac's pass got there in 2.5 seconds instead of 3.1.
  22. I see the #s are up, which shows they have $7.1 mil cap space now. I thought Diggs would be a little lower than his $11.7 and Jones a little higher than his $1 mil, but the total is right where I expected. I think adding a vet CB is a certainty now, since Beane doesn't like going into a draft needing a position. Adding someone in the $3-4 mil range? He is really enjoyable to listen to, and an interesting dude.
  23. Of course, the one day I'm gone all day... With the only pick in the first 3 rounds of the 2022 NFL draft, the LA Rams select Myjai Sanders, Edge, Cincinnatti. No pressure, but Myjai will take over for perennial all-pro Von Miller who left us for some team out east... @MAJBobby and the 49ers are on the clock.
  24. Shrager of GMFB has his mock out this morning and has the Bills taking Quay Walker at 25. The odds of that are < 0, but it makes the Chargers feel very good about getting him in R3!
