  1. I would be all for it if only to experience the different accentuation Bills fans would use to differentiate the pronunciation of the two Josh Allens. Much like how Canadians could tell which Roughrider CFL team one was talking about without mentioning the city names. If he turns out to be a great NFL pass rider, that would be a bonus. ?
  2. TitaniumTV is a great app for movies and TV shows, No pop ups and easy loading. Replaces the old TerrariumTV, so if you have that downloaded make sure you uninstall it first.
  3. Freaks and Geeks would be my dream reboot.
  4. The wife and I are using AIrBnB for the first time next month when we travel to Japan. Found a full apartment with top rating for 1/3rd the price of hotel. Will report our experience when we return. Any tips from anyone that has been to Japan?
  5. Nice write-up on what's happening with some of the prospects down on the farm. https://buffalonews.com/2019/01/07/buffalo-sabres-prospects-victor-olofsson-rochester-americans/?utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=puma&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1546890839
  6. I've always felt that Roadhouse was a nod to the old Westerns, just set in modern times. A band of desperadoes, led by a corrupt man of great wealth, looks to control an entire town. A drifter, with a sketchy past, arrives and rallies the downtrodden to stand up to the menace. Place it in the old West and it's really the same story as Clint Eastwood's High Plains Drifter. Check out the names of the main characters - John Dalton, Wade Garrett, Elizabeth Clay and Brad Wesley - they are straight out of Western character writing 101. I've never seen it written, but I assume the screenwriters had that in mind when they penned the script. Also one of my favorite guilty pleasures.
  7. What a great man and what a fine career. Enjoy retirement, Kyle. You'll always have a home in Buffalo.
  8. A great career and a great ambassador for the city of Buffalo. A definite Wall of Famer. Enjoy retirement #95
  9. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
  10. If you ever had a Lionel train set as a kid, you'll love this. This guy is definitely single and probably broke ?
  11. I think you're forgetting about Niagara Falls High School, UB alum James Starkes who has to take off his Packers SB ring every time he goes through customs.
  12. This episode of the Andy Griffith show is a must watch for me each year.
  13. His legendary calls of late have been no less iconic. How about this gem after a recent Eichel goal after the Sabres captain showed off some precision moves on the play: "Coming soon to a theater near you, 'Sick Mitts' starring Jack Eichel." He is as much a part of the Sabres experience as is the crossed swords logo. Praying for a quick return to health for our beloved Mr. Jeanneret.
  14. My ex is an alcoholic and it destroyed her life and ruined our marriage. I don't want to be flippant, but many and most of the scenarios offered in this thread point to a severe problem with alcohol. Most alcoholics, her included, look at the list of signs that one might have a problem with alcohol and point to one that doesn't depict themselves and say, "See, I'm not an alcoholic." Seriously, if you have ever wondered if you drink too much or someone has told you that you do, seek help and do it now. There is no happy ending if you don't and you will hurt many people that love you.
  15. Here are the top 3 people that have my autograph (no kidding): Jim Kelly Dave Thomas from Rocketship 7 The late Tim Russert
  16. How about four that were largely ignored at SNL, then became huge stars: Robert Downey, Jr Julia Louis-Dreyfus Ben Stiller Chris Rock (Sarah Silverman as a bonus fifth member) Btw, I don't think many of you have watched SNL in decades. All good answers above, but Keenan Thompson has been on for 16 years and carries the show most weeks with his stellar array of impersonations and recurring characters. He deserves to be in the top 4 all-time.
  17. Wonderful post, but what in the name of H-E double hockey sticks is going on with your font?
  18. Talk about late to the party, people on this board have been threatening to kill him for years.
  19. Hey 26, you're off by a few hours, or six, on the start time for the Kings game. Btw, thanks for all of the updates and info, your stellar work is always appreciated.
  20. Hauska has not been the same kicker since Darr became his holder. Resign Schmidt now.
  21. Some of the best trick plays in history and, thankfully, Homerun Throwback isn't one of them.
  22. Always surprised to see how few fans wore Bills gear to,the games in that era. A hat or coat here and there, but jerseys almost never.
