  1. Your 2nd option is flawed as it states we could have traded up to get Matthews. We would have had to trade up to #4 or #5 to do so AND is suggests we would still have our 1st rounder next year. At VERY least we would have lost our 2nd rounder in 2014.
  2. I don't see Mario or Dareus leaving before 2016 season. Urbik does not cost too much money. We have cap room. Also, at this point we have 3 options at back up Center. All 3 are Guards. Urbik, Legursky and Asper. Legursky is most likely getting cut as he is about the 6th or 7th option at Guard. Asper is slightly ahead of Legursky, but, more unproven and is on his 3 NFL and 2nd time with the Bills. So, Urbik is most likely starting at Guard this year unless someone out plays him at camp. And, regardless of him starting at Guard he is the 2nd option at Center. TJ Graham and Pears are my first two picks to get cut. I think neither are big names and both from the old regime. IF Pears is out played by all three of these players OR at least two of these three players....Cyrus Kouandjio, Seantrel Henderson, and Chris Hairston. But, we need at least 3 tackles on the roster excluding the PS. So, Cordy Glenn and two of these make the roster. To clarify 3 of these 5 need to be on the roster...Cordy Glenn, Cyrus Kouandjio, Seantrel Henderson, Chris Hairston, and Erik Pears. Possibly 4 of the 5.
  3. I believe the article is not only based on metrics from the combine. But, that means the metrics of the players combine the year they were drafted. So, it is based on metric projections from each players draft year.
  4. Loved that we kept our 2nd round pick in 2014. Preferred to trade 2015 #1 instead too. And, we made a strong pick in the 2nd, Cyrus K, to help emphasize the depth of the 2014 draft.
  5. Could not agree more. Until the IFs, but, I do agree with the IFs too. Just not as strong. Love the draft and in perspective the picks given up for Watkins is a GOOD deal for us. Why do people value picks so much. You can always recoup picks. How many teams trade back into the 1st round every year? Why would you not want more picks and higher picks in the deepest draft in years (2014). We did NOT even give up a future pick in 2014 (besides swapping for a higher one, brilliant!). We can't always be playing for the long,long-term future. I read something yesterday that we have 3 or 4 players over 30 on our roster. That is it. Our window starts now. We don't need to be in a 14 year rebuild. IMO we have been building well since Buddy's 2nd draft, his 1st draft with a full season on the job. Whaley is taking the rebuild to the next level. Don't hate on it, embrace it, it is what we have all been waiting for!! Go Bills!! AGREED! This drives me crazy. Really, if they are worried about this....I am sure these peoples poor math lead to many more problem in their daily lives! It is just simple math! We gave up a future 1st round pick and a future 4th round pick. That is all! Totally agree. Why do we have such a bad draft because we are missing next years 1st round pick. Just annoying! Imagine you had trading partners that would just swap 1st rounders. Like when Minnesota missed their pick and ran out of time, twice in a row!
  6. Interesting no name is attached! But, I like the comments.
  7. I strongly disagree. I think we should cut TJ. Sooner the better. He does NOT have good hands at all. Can't catch with jumping and then still can't pull it in. Cut him now and give others more reps. For starters, many WRs are premadonnas. Stevie is no exception. I don't think he is a bad person. But, I think the penalties grew thin. But, what threw things over the edge for some Bills fans regarding Stevie's character was his inability to take ownership and responsibility for his errors and press conferences. Stevie like the props but would never take the blame. For example, the fumble in the Atlanta game when Stevie said in the post game presser that the defender just made a really good play on him instead of saying I didn't secure the ball. Stevie needs to point the thumbs and not the fingers when you are suppose to be the man.
  8. That is great stuff overall!! The draft team, the processes, excitement and some great PR to show us all the change in the team management!! Great job and great results!!
  9. The Bills already picked up the 5th year option on Dareus. He will be in Buffalo!
  10. Kiper's knowledge is strong. His actual picks and grades are very biased. I just ignore him for picks and grades. But, appreciate is knowledge. He hates the Bills! Would LOVE to see Mel explain this. One taken at #3 and the team gets an "A". The other is traded back gaining a 2nd round pick and the Bills are largely criticized for it. REALLY?!
  11. We have to have more than 5 LBs on the team. 9 OL is a lot. One could probably be on the PS.
  12. I HATE this comment. ATM means Automated Teller Machine. So, saying ATM machine is saying Automated Teller Machine Machine. HATE IT! You are dumb, suck it!
  13. None really. If I had to pick one would be....trading the fifth instead of picking Murray or a different QB.
  14. Agreed! But, I am reading and commenting on this. However two good drafts in a row. Go Bills!
  15. He is probably spinning one up to celebrate!
  16. LMFAO! I like the hippie lettuce too, but, I am not seeking a career in the NFL!
  17. Agreed.
  18. Those were the exact 4 flyers that were available that I thought warranted a look.
  19. Not saying this is wrong. But, a BUNCH of things need to happen before considering this.
  20. If Hairston is good to go, great. Then we can cut Pears. If not, we keep Pears.
  21. I drink the kool aid and love the Bills. So, most of the time I am very, very positive. However, when you mentioned TJ Graham I disregarded what you said.
  22. We could lose a 4th for Bryce. Maybe a pick the following year. We do NOT get a pick for Byrd.
