Although I would add, that around here is probably more likely the vocal minority we see everywhere today. -

Yeah I was wondering if there was an objective question involved like who would I want next week ? in the playoffs?, for their careers?, for the rest of career? etc. So you're just saying based on what they've done in the careers they've performed better to this point. Which raises the question is that fair to Josh? Because it is not reality to think if McBeane called McVay and said we'll give you Josh for Goff straight up in the off season that McVay can't agree and hang up the phone fast enough. I mean things like contracts matter too. -

Week 17: Jets at Bills

Meaningless game. Sit Josh, Tre and a few other key guys. Get as many guys in as early as possible to rest key starters. No brainer. -
I think the plan is a sound one, many Bills fans would probably feel the same way. I like the idea of redundancy at the skill positions WR and RB ( especially in light of the fact we are not against the cap). The reason of course is we can't afford to be short on playmakers next season. Josh's 3rd year on his contract and its time to put pedal down and take advantage of the situation that has been built. We need to draft a big time receiver and sign another guy we can rely on as well. Also, a hammer type running back to go with another all-around back would be nice. I think we can roll if we do these things, amd the ones Joe mentions.

Sunshine, a little surprised at this take after reading some of your posts. I see that you have been a defender of Josh on many threads. So I was guessing that's what it was, clearly not. The tenor of the title could be worded better. People don't care to be told how to think or called stupid because they have a different view. My take is that probably 90% of the posters are really excellent and objective, yes we all get emotional sometimes. The 10% are usually pretty easy to identify and thus get dealt with accordingly. Have a good holiday.

2020 Buffalo Bills Opponents

Not to be a party pooper, but I hear every season this schedule is really tough and this one is really easy. It sure doesn't seem to pan out that way given the nature of the game. If you are interested in going to see a particular game or team I get it. As far as predictive for playoffs etc. I don't see it. -
That the bad throws need to be balanced with the great ones. If he has a 102.7 rating against the number 1 defense that is a balance metric. I mean if he threw a couple picks too it would go way down, he didn't. When a QB has 100+ rating his team almost always wins, unless the opponents QB is over 100 too.....Guess what? Brady

We have the third most missed tackles in the NFL, frankly it surprises me given McDermott and his penchant for fundamentals. Needs to improve or we need better tacklers to beat top level teams. -
THE ROCKPILE REVIEW - Patriots Win Again

I'm not sure what you mean by signature, and the season isn't over yet. But, if you mean beating top level teams (Super Bowl Contenders and Bye type squads., Yes we lost to both NE and Balt. in close hard fought games. Those losses are the only top level teams they played. But, the level below that, which is where they likely fit in at this point. they are move like a .500 team. By definition they aren't beating the very top teams, but can play with the next level down which is playoff type teams and wild card contenders.
