Ok then for you. Personally, I look at it as a barometer of where the team is, if they win by 1 point it is not a good sign. You're right, never apologize for winning, in this case ,I don't think it will feel very good.
I see some folks saying they'd be happy with a minimal win (1-2 pts.?,overtime?). You are seriously going to be pleased come Monday that we beat one of the worst teams in the NFL recent history, at home, as a 17 pt fav, and coming off the bye? Oh Really
I like how you think. The key to me is how high is ceiling is. I see guys like Mariota, Mayfield and Darnold as guys with much lower ceilings. If I were to state an analogy it would they are the 13-14 yr old middle school star athlete, and Allen is the kid who matures later on in HS.
Get over the Allen thing and focus on everything else, that's what he's trying to say to you. The view of PFF and stats has NOTHING to do with Allen. As a matter of fact, you are making it about him and it makes me question your bias!
I especially like this part:
“ as opposed to most other ELO systems, PFF ELO doesn’t use the final score to update the rankings. Instead, we compute what the final score should have been based on the player grades.”
What a stupid system. That’s like saying: our picks were right, what happened in the games was wrong! Alternate reality
PFF has the Bills 20th what a joke that site is. Explaining their system this way!

They live in their own reality.
Alot to not like about this deal. Establishes you get yourself off a team if you're a big enough diva. It also sets a ridiculous market for a CB. And, one that will undoubtedly get paid as well.
To be honest, after perusing their stats, they need alot! Run D is good and pass rush decent, the rest not so much. And, McVay's offense doesn't look good anywhere right now.
You really thought EJ deserved more of a chance to grow? I don't think I've ever heard that from anyone who thought that before. I mean without using TDs and Ints and so on, If I remember correctly it was pretty obvious that he was as good or bad as he was going to be and getting worse.
This is the crux of the problem, overly technical......an NFL rules monger would say......rule 63 subsection 35 section A paragraph 3 says...if the player......blah blah blah...then its not this....for further clarification refer to appendix five C...new rule this year...you didn't know?
