  1. I have a feeling that it hasn't really been, or will be hard for McD to decide. He likely was feeling alright early in the week, in protocol still of course. It is absurd to think if he's taking reps with ones and has cleared protocol, which sounds likely to happen, he won't start. McDermott is no fool, he knows he's under no obligation to make it any easier for the Titans by announcing they expect him to play. How do we know he's been tested today?
  2. It would be awesome if Diggs got traded to the Bills! Love for it to happen.
  3. Why is he following Zay? He's going to be part of the trade for Diggs.
  4. He needs to throw to Dawson Knox more and Zay Jones less (preferably because he's on the bench).
  5. These games matter. I bet Singletary plays and likely Allen.
  6. Bad week for concussions on the team. I won't say that Pats cheap shots caused this!
  7. I think McDermott is going to use this to keep Tennessee guessing as to who starts as long as he can.
  8. Why do some people car so much about past decisions? What comes of it? I mean you can learn from mistakes, but can you change them? Is McBeane going to be fired because of it? Does this team make decisions based off this forum? I mean, who cares what you said then or now! Does it make you feel better if the decision isn't working out right now and it makes you believe you're right? Why don't others believe I was right then and now give me the credit I deserve . Is there an award it your right? What am I missing? Any chance this stuff goes a bit above and beyond a normal discussion about the team? Jeez, This forum would make for a great psych study.
  9. Interesting how our other receivers have been able to catch it with our other QBs throwing it to them. He does nothing to help out his QBs which is essentially what you want at receiver.
  10. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/play-index/psl_finder.cgi?request=1&match=combined&year_min=2017&year_max=2019&season_start=1&season_end=-1&pos%5B%5D=wr&draft_year_min=1936&draft_year_max=2019&draft_slot_min=1&draft_slot_max=500&draft_pick_in_round=pick_overall&conference=any&draft_pos%5B%5D=qb&draft_pos%5B%5D=rb&draft_pos%5B%5D=wr&draft_pos%5B%5D=te&draft_pos%5B%5D=e&draft_pos%5B%5D=t&draft_pos%5B%5D=g&draft_pos%5B%5D=c&draft_pos%5B%5D=ol&draft_pos%5B%5D=dt&draft_pos%5B%5D=de&draft_pos%5B%5D=dl&draft_pos%5B%5D=ilb&draft_pos%5B%5D=olb&draft_pos%5B%5D=lb&draft_pos%5B%5D=cb&draft_pos%5B%5D=s&draft_pos%5B%5D=db&draft_pos%5B%5D=k&draft_pos%5B%5D=p&c1stat=targets&c1comp=gt&c1val=100&c5val=1.0&order_by=rec_yds_per_tgt&order_by_asc=Y#results::none I'd say having the worst avg yds/ target in the NFL since he came in the league by .7 of a yard and the next closest guy (Crabtree) was waived recently is a pretty good indicator that Zay is one of the worst receivers in the NFL Mrs. Jones
  11. All part of BB playing 4D chess, wanted Brady to play this way so we are setup next meeting in DEC. JOKE
  12. No way, he is one of the worst receivers in the league. It is not being imagined.
  13. Don't we have anyone spying on JA at the facility? At his house? His girlfriend? Social media? I want an update!
  14. WTH does EJ Manuel have to do with any of this? I mean really, it's just filler nonsense by writers.
  15. Ah! The Zay Jones problem, the receiver who has a viable catch area of about 6-12". If the ball is anywhere outside of this area then he is able to make it look like a horribly inaccurate throw has been made and not his fault. He continues to run away and make it look like he was badly underthrown. If the ball is out front of him in the end zone he will slow up and make it look like he was lead by a horribly inaccurate throw. If all else fail then you drop the ball, and by any means fall to the ground and make it look like you were attempting an outstanding catch on a horribly inaccurate throw by the QB. Whatever you do never ever make the QB look good!
  16. Its his third year, a starting receiver has ample time to improve by this point. And he hasn't...we overdrafted him!
  17. It was a moving pick, the guy made no attempt to run a route and just kept moving towards the defender. The Pats get away with it because it puts the defender in a box, do I run over the guy and hope they call it or do I try to run around it? Moving pick, and the league seem to rely on contact being made.
  18. Nope, not at all. I expected this to happen with him. He'll be fine because he has what it takes. Why does no one point out that there is another way of looking at the game? We should have won yesterday, and it took alot of things going against us for the Pats to win. Just think about that for a second, we outfirstdowned them, outgained them, were on our way to winning when Josh got hurt after adjusting at halftime etc......... And, it took 4 turnovers for the Pats to win. I think its safe to say this team is on the right track if Allen can stay healthy.
  19. The National apologists are out in full force today. Thank goodness for this forum. Jeez after listening to some today you'd swear the whole thing with Allen getting a concussion was an unfortunate accident!
  20. I agree with this, some will point to how much money they've made blah, blah, blah......fact of the matter is the game will die eventually at the rate it is not being taken up, or should I say down at the lower levels. Calls like yesterday's and the lack of league response to the hit, while claiming to be interested in safety, just further alienate many to a league that doesn't get it. And, who is the leader? Goodell. I heard guys on the NFL network, Tony Dungy, Mike Golic today and they all think it was fine. Reminds me of the old guard in hockey saying you have to have fighting. In this case, if the aforementioned players are listened too and nothing is done the league will not be around eventually.
  21. Haven't read the whole thread, but Barkley is a back up for a reason, it's called talent and Josh has it. I think Barkley is good enough with this team to go 1-1 over a couple weeks. I don't like him against this team this week. We need Josh Allen to play and develop over the long haul or we're in trouble.
