  1. Weaknesses on the Offensive Line and their talent is not as prevalent as the media led us to believe
  2. That Peterman to Jones combo is baaaaack!!
  3. I think he faced the challenge from Kern and held up pretty well!
  4. Can we just do away with the Browns already? Too many prime time games!
  5. I am a huge Allen fan and what excites me most is that he's on pace to go 13-3 this year. Yeah 4000 sounds nice!
  6. Jeez how many times is Cleveland on prime time? Sick of their act already. Go 49ers!!!
  7. It's actually a sign of limited emotional intelligence to not be able to admit being wrong and learn from it. Although most of these folks would never admit to being wrong at any point. I personally wanted Rosen because I believed finishing 6th in the WAC in completion % was a bad indicator. I was told you couldn't fix accuracy. What I didn't take into account was how raw, talented, and in possession of outstanding characteristics Allen is. I have admitted to being wrong and I am extremely pleased we drafted the Josh with the most upside. People invested in the media and with stats are focused on what worked in the past, what they are failing to realize is this is a new era and to stubbornly fail to adjust their thinking. The world is never as simple as a model. The people who realize this and take everything into account will come out ahead per usual. It's about the future and not the past repeating itself so you can claim the high ground.
  8. If it will shut up the fantasy stats crowd I'm all in favor if it.
  9. I think Diggs would make a difference to this team, dynamic playmaker with speed. My question- What are we waiting for? I have not given up on winning the division. The key is to keep improving.
  10. Not for me. I'd like to swing a deal for someone who could slide into 1 slot and still use the guys you have and Foster, McKenzie.
  11. I think I'm using my capital to bring in a WR who is a threat.
  12. Bad analogy, JA has shown more upside in his first 16 games than either of those guys. And, as was pointed out by Gunner upstream, you want him to be that swashbuckling player he is. Both those guys play so conservatively its painful to watch sometimes. If I have a chance between reigning in a fast, wild horse and trying to make a slow nag faster.....I'm going with the previous!
  13. Wow, that is so true, I do the same thing, just pathetic when you think about! This post is spot on! In hockey you are responsible for you stick hitting someone in the face. No, Ifs ,ands or buts its called. You know what? After awhile players get the idea and if not its called.
  14. I think the short answer is more speed and playmakers. We may have some of these answers (Foster) already, but they need to develop and produce.
  15. Don't forget Zay! ......Oh wait.....Sorry couldn't resist
  16. Was it just me or was yesterday an especially bad day for NFL rules and officiating? I watched more football than usual yesterday, and every game I turned on just seemed to be a huge mess. I'd see a penalty, watch the replay and it was a phantom or missed call. Or......they go back to NYC to Riverboat Al and a call that looked totally obvious would stay. There was a call in the KC-INDY game on TY Hilton for setting a pick where he literally did nothing and when challenged by Reich it was upheld. I think Collinsworth was totally flabbergasted.
  17. He looks and sounds like a total meathead. And, based on what Yolo has said about him actually being one, I'm completely convinced now.
  18. Nice! Very feel good and IMO, spot on takes. One of the things that isn't discussed about this team very often, is as you mentioned, they have more upside......they haven't maxed out and they look to be the third best team in the AFC so Far!
  19. When you have, not one (Snyder).....but two (Allen) problems at the top; makes for total ineptitude and dysfunction in an organization. I feel for Skins fans. Nah, maybe after we beat them!
  20. Thanks for the writeup. Nice job! Appreciate that you didn't overly focus on the interception as some choose to do.
  21. I think way too much has been made about the interception. QBs throw them every game. Allen hasn't thrown his last. You know for a guy people said lacked accuracy, he's done pretty darn well. Focusing way too much on the supposed mistake. Give the guy a break.
  22. He's that guy that always has that we got screwed look on his face after the game. Can't stand the douche!
