  1. but if some team does take him, you just screwed your team and probably lost your job.
  2. I always waste money on the Bills when I go to Vegas, so I'll put something on the over this year. I would expect improvement over last season. The non Bills followers have been correct more often than not. Although we haven't made it too difficult for them. Better days are ahead.
  3. I was asking if you thought you should add 2 wins to whatever vegas says to just the bills or all teams. I don't understand your answer.
  4. The cool part is that you can usually still watch your original team play in person. All 4 major sports are here, major college programs in basketball baseball , football and hockey.... can never run out of sports to follow
  5. for the Bills or other teams?
  6. Bills fans do that, and not to rain on your parade but people from every city do. I see lots of teams represented here in Phoenix. College teams have especially huge followings.
  7. there just isn't a lot of success in Buffalo. The Sabres will be approaching 50 years in the league with no Championship. The Bills over 50 years since the merger with no championships. And with both teams, they each had a couple brief moments where they were serious contenders, but for the better part of 50 years they were an afterthought. I don't know the reason, but it might be a nice place to live, but maybe not the best place to play.
  8. i don't think he did. He was 0-8 in 2016/17. Interestingly - he saved 20 of 30 with Ottawa in 2013/14
  9. That wasn't the point I was trying to make. Also, I think he had those issues before Buffalo and don't recall him ever placing blame on anyone.
  10. Normally I would agree with you, but he's pretty much on point in the rest of his post.
  11. apparently, not anymore. And i doubt it was your intent to mock, but he did have actual, serious mental issues while here. Sounds reasonable
  12. I've always wondered why our teams, more often than not, generally stink. Why do players perform better elsewhere. Why do our top picks do well, but others drafted around them do much better. Maybe something about playing in Buffalo has something to do with it? Occasionally , like when we have 4 future hall of fame players on offense, you have some success, or when you have the greatest goalie of all time, you have success, but other than that it's been pretty miserable. He's sober, Trotz is a great coach, there is some talent on that team.
  13. i have many friends in NYC who are as passionate about sports as any of us are.
  14. He's obviously wrong, I mean, look at all the positive posts here. Don't say anything negative about buffalo ever, or else we'll get very negative.
  15. you're right. Saying he is happy with his deal means he isn't happy with his deal.
  16. He did indeed get it addressed. He got the long term deal with much guaranteed money. That's what he wanted, he said he's happy with it.
  17. I don't recall Schiano being of the most high character either, unless he 'found God' recently and sits in judgement. If he indeed has moral concerns, how does he feel about his players engaging in premarital sex? With or without the 'massage'!
  18. To take you seriously for a moment... don't you think Rosen would need to play to get to the point of being effective. This is why you generally don't spend a 2nd round pick on a backup QB if you think you have your #1 on the roster.
  19. ''spending more time on my faith and family' - code words for 'i did something very wrong'
  20. 2 time Super Bowl champ?
  21. and every player that nobody recognizes ....'special teams'.
  22. I'm not sure they're doing a damn good job, but they're being allowed to do their jobs and i think they've earned year 3 and barring a total collapse year 4. Patience is important, but so is progress. I expect a pretty decent season coming up.
