    Almost anything would be an improvement over last season, but the guards still don't seem very impressive and based on the contracts they received, I don't think Beane is expecting a whole lot. Overall , really need Dawkins to get back to rookie form and hope Ford can contribute as a rookie.

    Why would having a undrafted QB playing TE make the defense have to work harder to gameplan? I would think it would be easier to game plan against.

    It's not an insult to me, I've been a fan since 1970, been to super bowls, was a long time season ticket holder. It's just people feeling bad for someone that seemed like a genuine fan and a nice guy with a sympathetic story, we are human and we make emotional decisions, it's not our worst quality as a people.

    We weren't a good team last year and until we do something good during the regular season we won't get a ton of praise. And why would you want praise from the 'experts' that Bills fans rail on all the time for not realizing how great Buffalo is?

    I think 'thrive' is a bit of a reach, but I would expect our running game to improve from last season, not sure by how much though.

    But Dawkins was pretty bad last season. Let's not get carried away with the offensive line just yet, they should be better, but that doesn't say much.
