  1. I dont know about "plenty". what are they freeing upbwith Diggs this year, 5,6 million ?
  2. You say "85% of of the TOP 32 CBs" are 1st round draftees. But if you are shopping for a CB2 ("TWO") doesn't that open the field up? Did you look to see where CB 2's have been drafted?
  3. Extension in the works? Could save a little off his cap hit this year
  4. Diggs was off the Spotrac list qhen this was announced. I assume Beane intended this would ear some cap space. Steven Nelson? Jwrry Hughes? On a cheap one year deal? Hughes has been a great guy and I would love to see him help win a Super Bowl
  5. While fans were fretting that we might lose Diggs....Beane was watching the WR market set itself . Brilliant!
  6. I like him but think CB is a bigger need. If he lasts until Bills 2nd round pick, I would be all over that
  7. "Pegula bucks" are relevant how? Do you mean as in being able to pay upfront bonuses? Otherwise, the salary cap keeps things "equal".
  8. You have to fill out a 90- man roster and Moss is at least a known entity at RB. I don't see the point . Plus, I don't think the Bills need to ADD picks
  9. I hope this team, assuming they draft well and don't have horrible injuries...can win 12,13.
  10. Why? You're now drafting a RB to replace Moss. I think Beane might be more likely to trade up
  11. Well,Boettger is recovering from injury so I do wonder why he listed ahead of Bates at LG. I'm surprised Saffold is listed at RIGHT guard. These are the types of posts I really like! Other than 1 ,even 2 CBs, I would add an outside WR and a swing tackle.
  12. What you gonna do with Davis, Crowder, McKenzie and Howard? Ridiculous idea, assuming it's even possible.
  13. Who is "everybody"? CB and WR are my top 2 picks unless Beane pulls some cap space out of a hat and signs a veteran. As it is ,I'm still OK with a CB in 1st or 2nd round PLUS another as early as the 4th.
  14. He played with Williams back in 2015. A lot older now.
  15. Where would he play? Would probably want more than Bills are able to willing to pay him
  16. Good. Maybe now we don't have to hear about him any more.
  17. Please elaborate on how they "gained a lot trust '. If this is an April Fools joke, its pretty bad...
  18. This is so lame. Especially since they already signed Howard. Timing is critical in 'comedy".
  19. Trust? Seriously? He did nothing . Don't forget that he had a number of injuries in college so let's see if he can stand up to the NFL game
  20. Beasley and Sanders are gone and Crowder, hopefully, more or less replaces Beasley. We are also "hoping" that Davis,McKenzie,Hodgins and Stevenson can replace Sanders' production. What if somebody gets hurt? If Diggs goes down do you really think Stevenson can pick up the slack? I think Bills need to draft a WR in 1st or 2nd round; add another weapon so Bills can impose their offensive will on opponents.
  21. Sports is irrational to begin with. That's why team owners can get taxpayer fundng for new stadiums; leaving the city would tarnish the city's image and "quality of life " and fans would be distraught if "their" team left. But more to the point ; the stadium ITSELF isn't profitable; the TEAM is. Tickets, concessions, merchandise, huge media deals, etc. are the owners sources of income. The stadium costs a billion or two to construct, then millions more to maintain over the course of the lease . The government that pays for (or toward) stadium construction, hopes to reap intangible rewards by hosting a major sports team.
