  1. We do? Got our 2 starters and decent depth.
  2. Well said! I dont get the Edmunds hate. Or the love for Breece Hall. But if Beane had traded down, grabbed an extra pick, I would have been OK with using it for Hall.
  3. I would have been OK with using the 4th on Ariazza...
  4. I don't think folks are sleeping on Anderson NOW. Seeing him mocked as high as round 2 or 3
  5. Ive seen and heard several people saying Daxton Hill would be an interesting pick. Can play anywhere in the secondary, able to handle zone or man coverage. Fill in for Tre, eventually replace Poyer?
  6. Today Gabe said that Josh was flexing for the camera but HE (Gabe) wasnt
  7. After signing seversl free agent defensive tackles, you think Bills should invest a first round pick in another DT?
  8. Has made the ProBowl, twice. Bills lost Klein but still have Milano, Dodson, Smith Matekevich,Lee ,Giles-Harris and only run 2 at a time. I think there are more serious needs before they pick up a LB in this draft
  9. In general, I want the 1st round pick to contribute immediately. Reps differ by position and QB is an exception. If Bills pick a CB,I want him to fill in for Tre temporarily and then compete with,or complement, Jackson. If IOL,I would expect a starter at RG. A WR could see some reps, maybe return kicks.
  10. I got a headache trying to read this post...and I' m still not convinced Bills should pick a RB at 25. I dont see the team running more this year; would you take passing attempts away from Allen,to run more ? He had something like 7 carries per game so of you want him to run less,Singletary could easily take on a couple more carries per game. He only averaged 11 carries per game. The OLine came around and Singletary was finally established as the starter and did well. Drafting a RB at 25 means benching Singletary and Moss...or,cutting/trading one? Can't assume they would have much trade value. So not only would you have two young, decent backs sitting on the bench, you now would be drafting a lesser CB in the 2nd or 3rd than you would have picked at 25. Wasting RB depth and giving significant reps to a day 2 CB doesnt seem like the best value.
  11. Good to have competition and depth. Even if Boettger isnt on 53 to start season ,Bills will have decisions to make. Assuming the starters are Dawkins,Saffold,Morse,Bates and Brown; that likely leaves 4 spots. Already have the following 6 guys in reserve; Mancz,Quessenberry,Hart,Ford,Doyle,Capra.. .did I miss anyone? Now I wonder how early Bills draft an Olineman
  12. He seems to be more of a guard than tackle. I dont see him playing LT so probably not the swing tackle, and certainly not "competition" for Brown. Just a depth signing as Bills are building a 90 man roster. He was seriously ill with Lymphoma
  13. I like the idea of signing a vet AND drafting a CB early. I was interested in Steven Nelson who is only 28,29.
  14. Per Spotrac, top 51 leaves 8.2 available. Should be able to sign rookies and after more restructures, who knows if they sign a free agent or two .
  15. This is a much better team than the time Beane did this. I think he picks CB in round 1 and possibly another on day 3
  16. I think that is much too late. With the NFL emphasis on passing, Bills need to add a starting caliber CB, even if White is 100% ready and Dane develops. No later than 2nd round. If Beane trades up, I think it will be day 2 and 3, not in first round.
  17. I dont think "every" team will bother to trade up just to hamper the Bills. What about the OTHER teams they have to worry about, besides worrying about the Bills? There will be good CBs available at 25 if the Bills want one there.
  18. Can't forget the offense. If you need to release or rework, you can do that with offensive players, too.
  19. OMG too many assumptions and probably nit a good ideas,as has already neen loinged out . If you're gonna draft Lloyd you better have already traded Edmunds. Youll lose leverage ,as teams will know you HAVE to trade him.
  20. They lack discipline and prefer to freelance
