Even now in the 3rd week of preseason games where the starters traditionally play into the 3rd quarter, many of them across the NFL aren't playing at all, or playing less than a half. Time to stop stealing money from season ticket holders by forcing them to buy two of these games, and drop down to 2 preseason games, and up to 18 regular season games. The preseason has become a bigger joke than ever...and I didn't think that was possible.

I wouldn't be surprised if any of them are cut except for Benjamin. It is just a big group of mediocrity.

A 20 year old struggling at MLB as he makes the jump from NCAA DI to the NFL? Cut the kid some slack. He is going to have ups and downs all year. If he even shows the slightest amount of improvement by seasons end, consider it a win. Next year, you have a 21 year old MLB with a year of NFL experience under his belt.

I don't even get the putting your head down to make a tackle bull ****. As long as you aren't making head to head contact, who cares how you tackle? How exactly would they like a 190 lb DB to tackle a 230 lb RB? It's a violent game. Injuries are going to happen. All players understand the risk. I can't wait for a game being decided due to a drive being extended on one of these stupid penalties....my guess would be...week 1.

A thread for a pre-season game not involving the Bills? I'm hoping we can have threads created for every single player that is waived in the coming weeks. That would be awesome!

lol. Obstructed view does NOT usually mean you cannot see the scoreboard. It is more likely part of the playing surface(diamond, field, ice rink, court, etc...) is partially blocked from the view of your seat.

Not sure why the constant Astro references/posts/threads. In his years posting here, he was great. Now, for whatever reasons he took his "efforts" to another website. There are others to fill his void. Time to move on.

Maybe all the losing over the last 20 years has taken its toll on me, but I don't have strong feelings on this either way. Guilty he is gone, not guilty he contributes to another mediocre season of Bills football...unless Allen comes in as a rookie and sets the NFL on fire.

At the time of the firing it was rumored that Riter couldn't figure out a way to show up on time for his shift. Probably continued to do it after several warnings, and eventually it got him canned.
