i just caught this on the replay, but the safety almost looked back to his right, right at the moment where Kelce went by. Was just a beat long, and long enough for Kelce to get a ton of separation.

My one buddy is a huge Steelers fan and is defending Dionte Johnson— said he had a great year. I told him that Johnson reminded me of every #1 WR the Bills had during the drought years. Flashes of talent, some big stats, but prone to awful execution errors and inconsistent play. Then, when we finally got a true #1 WR, I realized how bad those prior guys were.

if I am the Steelers, I am pretty happy how this is going. Going to need an epic performance from the D, and stop timely big plays by the O.

he is off. But who is he throwing to? A guy that drops 100 balls, a guy who is on tik tok more than the practice field, and our 6th round ST castoff.

Steelers offense just struggling to even get a single first down. can you imagine a guy like Dionte Johnson on the Bills? I have a feeling he would have been cut by now.

i am glad you said this. My one buddy who is a Steelers fan complains endlessly about the cowboys being self-anointed as “America’s team.” I mean, who, outside of Dallas and the King of Fair Weather Fans (LeBron), likes this team?

Was rooting against Dallas, but I don’t like that rule re the clock/ ref needing to spot the ball. I prefer the college rule where the clock stops on a first down, which would mostly avoid this problem. i actually thought Dallas did a super clever job on that last drive to position themselves like they did.

I just hope that it wasn’t that Mac Jones block that did it to him. That would really add insult to injury.

Consider that their pass defense is like 10 times worse than the pats. I would be a little nervous too.

this is great. Honestly, they are a very good defense. Talent at all three levels. But they probably will lose JC Jackson to free agency. this is similar to when Brady was with the pats— if the opponent didn’t have three lock down corners, they didn’t have a chance.

I really couldn’t care less about Brady, who is going to get a million calls and win. Just gonna enjoy this stress free Sunday!!!

Brady is going to just be throwing 4-yard passes on crossers and dump downs and screens. Nothing deep. If the eagles can’t stop this, they have no defense.

let me just describe the play. A 300-pound defensive player is going full speed at The QB, and then is shoved in the back by two guys into the QB’s upper thigh. At which point, the defensive player stops his momentum, grabs the QB to ease him from taking a hard fall, and then helps him up off the turf. That was a personal foul.

Not a pats media guy, but I would be curious to hear Kurt Warner’s take on Josh. He had been super down on him, including leading into this game. “Won’t or can’t take the layups, etc.”
