  1. Has anyone ever taken an Ambien? The 5 or so times I have taken one its like frigging truth serum. My wife and I laugh that Ambien is our honesty drug. Those last 10 minutes before you fall asleep are hilarious. The voice in your head that is your most candid you, is laid bare for whomever your audience is...I can believe that she was on Ambien. I can also believe that she views the world the way her tweets portrayed.
  2. Levi is a great guess Superhero...He likely has to beat out Breon Borders, Lafayette Pitts and Ryan Carter if the Bills keep 5 CB's. I think it will come down to special teams play. WR Robert Foster would be my pick.
  3. They brought her back to try and draw an audience they could otherwise not attract. It worked --#1 rated show for a few weeks. Then she loses a day to her addiction and just happens to have a keyboard in front of her. Kind of like TBD posters on certain days.....
  4. Olberman has been suspended for political giving; fired for his views but mostly fired because he is so far left he can't attract an audience. I don't think it's a double standard. Roseanne will get hired by Fox for a news/comedy show; Keith gets hired by ESPN because he will work for peanuts now, he will attract viewers for maybe three months and they need some help as they circle the drain. Who cares really. The Roseanne show would have run out of ideas about 10 episodes into next year...
  5. Desecrating the National Anthem finally caught up to her--28 years later... Take a knee Roseanne...please don't sing.
  6. Leodis my man.....drafted higher and not a lick of "How to win the game" sense...
  7. David Justice maybe...he likely considers it an investment now.
  8. ****, I went with the more general -- "drunk tweeting" ...bet was -200 but I still won a little...
  9. He's mentioned this area a couple of times as one he wants to improve on. I think it's in this recent interview on One Bills Live. He's aware--that's the first step. http://www.wgr550.com/media/audio-channel/05-15-sean-mcdermott-one-bills-live
  10. Wait, you can report a post to the mods? Holy ****, my world just changed...... ? If someone is an arse, let them be an arse, don't be an arse in return. The few times I have not followed that credo, I have regretted it over the years. The mods are volunteers...not your playground monitors.
  11. The Jeff Darlington comments are telling. Richie's degree of illness sounds debilitating. He knows Richie more than any other media member. Its truly amazing Richie even had an NFL career.
  12. Stevens is a great coach but he can't will it into the net for his team.....Game over....
  13. You are Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott riding your roster of Marcell Dareus ? Not a jerk -- just a reducing your "pain in the ass" cap..
  14. This might be where Robiskie says -- go get me someone....like Maclin at a reasonable prove it deal with a Bills option year....
  15. One thing that gives me confidence about the surrounding cast is that Juan Castillo and Terry Robiskie know what NFL talent looks like at their positions. The next three weeks of OTAs and Mini-camp will be telling. If Castillo and/or Robiskie are in McDermott/Beane/Daboll's ear about needing an extra veteran body or two at their positions, it will get done. Its a buyers market right now with more cuts to come. So if Allen starts I think Virgil nailed it. He will be on the Big Ben plan. The difference will be that Daboll will have an RPO section of the playbook that Ben didn't have and Allen is smart enough to digest RPOs and the controlled passing game. The RPOs will have similar throws as the controlled passing game but more deception. I think they will use the deep ball to scare the crap out of defenses early in games. Streater (4.37), Reilly (4.42) or Proehl (4.4) will be running deep and they will throw a couple just to loosen things up. It will be off RPO or play action to slow the rush. Allen's deep ball is like Nuke Lasloosh in Bull Durham - the scene where Crash Davis tells Laloosh to hit the mascot on purpose and then says to the batter- "I don't know where it's going." The offensive line will be telling the defense -- "we don't know how far he can throw it-- there are only about 150 yards of room or so inside the bowl or the practice field" Despite all this, my expectations are very measured if Allen starts by week 5 or so. The Bills will lose two or three games because we are easy to defend and/or QB errors...I am thinking out of the playoff race by week 15 or so but we will all be feeling good about the year at the end and looking forward to adding talent in the draft and FA. We will see enough to think that Allen is not JP or EJ..but we won't be able to sign on to the notion of the second coming of Jimbo just yet.
  16. Thanks, CB26...too funny. I guess the Allen Farm has no livestock....
  17. That was on my list but I didn't want it to come back to haunt me in training camp..... ?
  18. It's a little surprising when we're used to phrases like: - Just a bit out of reach. - Off the hands - And the receiver is tackled just shy of the marker. 4th down coming. - Missed a wide open receiver over the middle
  19. I have seen too many lowlights of Bodine not being able to anchor in pass protection and getting little push in the run game. Bodine has had good plays I am sure in 4 years as a starter and his experience with McCarron is likely a plus...but pressure up the middle in the passing game or run game doesn't make me feel good about the Bills chances with him anchoring the line. I hope I am wrong and that he and Newhouse are both great signings. In Beane and Juan Castillo I trust on this one....
  20. I heard the Hamilton Tiger-Cats need a G to block for their new QB....
  21. Incognito played pretty well the second half of 2016 when Groy was at Center....not to dispute that Richie and Wood were a good combo -- but I saw no discernable difference in Richie's play when Groy was at C. That might say more about Groy than it does Incognito. I think the board overall underestimates Groy. He is bigger and stronger than Wood. There was a reason the Rams wanted him as their starting Center in 2017. He has earned this opportunity and, barring injury, I believe will take advantage of it. I think the real question is whether Groy is at LG and Bodine is at C or Groy is at C and John Miller moves back to his natural position (LG) in an offense that is more befitting his skills.
  22. There's a lot to unpack here.......
  23. Prelude to the Jags moving to London....
