I agree with you, but go to NFL.com and look at the two Josh Allen videos that show every single preseason throw he made. He has a long road. A lot of great flashes, but still not close to being a winning QB just yet. Let's not crown him after two preseason games (one vs the 3s).

it's not like he gained anymore physical attributes in that year. his delivery is still iceberg slow and he was demoted to third-string last preseason game. i was not on the 'start allen game 1' train, but if AJ is unable to play, start allen game 1. you have nothing to lose, because Peterman's not getting you anywhere. This is a good question. Like, what are you learning? Not the speed of the game. Not how to run an offense. You're getting lots of film and practice and situational stuff.
