if they give peterman the start, they just freed up my fall sundays. we should wrap him in bubble wrap and put him on a shelf until we have an all-pro line and hall of fame WR corp. and then we'll have an unwrapping ceremony, and he can bloom into a super bowl QB. that's how you do these things.

we don't have the QB talent to have a WR like Benjamin. Cam would toss the ball up to him and let him make plays. I know he had a drop or two yesterday in the rain, but we don't put him in a position to make plays. He gets the ball when he's college open (which isn't often) and that's it.

what's most perplexing to me is what happened to the motion and the exotic schemes we saw/heard about in training camp? we came out and played the most vanilla offense possible, whilst jumping offsides to kill drives.

I said before the game yesterday that no other team in the NFL would ever start Peterman. It just wouldn't happen. Only the Bills. He needs to never take a snap here again. The entire league is laughing at us. We're a punchline. Start Allen for the rest of the year. You're not going to 'hurt his confidence' and we don't have the luxury to someday wait until our line is improved. That's how losing teams talk. It was also way obvious yesterday that Murphy should be getting more touches. I realize that we're not using Shady correctly, but we have a good north-south runner in Murphy.
