The sad thing is the Steel Curtain are pathetic on offense. It’s a long season and the Ravens offensive line for them is atrocious. I’m more excited the Jags is a winnable game, and the Ravens even moreso. The Jags line looks terrible as well. We have a decent shot at 4-0, but it has to go well. Then we face the Texans which should be interesting. People try to compare Stroud to Josh, but he has a lot to learn. He’s had a nice start.

It was the right call as he needs to develop and is not ready. Maybe he can learn somewhat from Dalton who’s been a real pro.

I’ve told the story before my son had 5 concussions all from lax, not football even though he was incredible at the game. He just loved lax. After his 5th he asked me what to do and I asked him questions. I wasn’t going to tell an adult son on a D1 scholarship what to do. He came to the right conclusion and ended it. I feel for him as he has chronic hx’s, amd problems sleeping. He’s making a mistake coming back. He has over $100 mil. He doesn’t need any more. I’m sorry for his injury as they all suck. Not just ours. I genuinely felt bad for Tua last night. I can’t keep track if it’s four or five concussions in five years. Tua received his guaranteed money. I think over $90 mil. Get out while you’re hopefully ahead. My oldest son Ian had five and the crazy thing is none were from football, but all lax. He ended up giving up his full ride in D1 lax. I was proud of him as it was his choice. Unfortunately at 25 he has problems sleeping, and chronic headaches/migraines. I really hope Tua makes the right choice. CTE is a death sentence. It’s not worth it. It has nothing to do with the Fish. We could beat them with Tua. It has to do with a decent guy it seems who should think about the next 60 years of his life.

We’ll agree to disagree as he was beat more times than once the last year when playing. I loved Micah, but he’s in his 30’s and they start losing their legs. His head was his best asset as he’s one of smartest Safeties in the NFL the last 10 years.

I was thinking the same, he may get some playing time.

Ritchie, he’s slowed down for the last couple of years. As much as I loved the time he gave us along with Hyde, it was time to move on from both of them. They are smart, but last night showed me he just has to cheat routes to try and keep up.

I agree. If Had to pick someone on offense I’d say Davis as he’s more of the power back. Kinkaid was practically triple teamed if that’s possible in week 1. He’d have to get more single coverage to make a big impact.

Brown earned it once healthy and as so many have said, the offense and defense starts with the lines. We can only hope to avert injuries this year.

It was nice to see flashes of Von again. If they hold him back to primarily 3rd downs, he may last the year.

I’m happy for him as he’s a solid player. He’s not a stud, but dependable and consistent.
