  1. I like Coleman, I thought he like looked more like 99 than 99 did last year.
  2. he's Trent Edwards, I am not sold on him yet, throwing comeback routes against a prevent defense does nothing for me. He is a good backup and we shouldn't fool ourselves that he is anything more than that. Tyrod is better, but I think Tyrod is a back up, placed into a starting role.
  3. When Dareus was released, this is the first person that I thought Buffalo would sign to replace him this offseason.
  4. Love it! I would have thought he'd have more value
  5. I'm not happy with this trade, yes Dareus hasn't lived up to his contract, but are we going to find a better player than him, while swallowing over 20 million over the next 2 year. The answer is, it's unlikely, highly unlikely...and Kyle is about to retire as well.
  6. Buffalo always underestimates Fitz, so I'd rather go against Winston.
  7. I'm pro EJ, so pro EJ, I hope he's the QB at the end of this month.
  8. Play-action roll outs, I thought Tyron looked good outside of the pocket. Designed QB runs, it puts so much pressure on the corners, it will lead to more success. On defense, continue doing what they've done the first 3 weeks.
  9. I get to see KISS this weekend, @ Gretna Fest, once upon a time they sold out stadiums...now Gretna Fest. How about the Smiths reuniting and we have the worse 2nd half of a super bowl, actually 2nd worse, watching the Patriots comeback against the falcons was the worse.
  10. The lawyer representing the Hernandez family is Jose Baez. It starts losing credibility once you remember that's the "person" who defended Casey Anthony.
  11. I am enjoying their messsge board though, grade A fun.
  12. Just because we don't see a player making a tackle doesn't mean he wasn't where he was suppose to be and contributing. Maybe MD did exactly what he was suppose 95% of the time, maybe Brown forced the ball carriers into the arms of Humber. Don't forget football is a team sport.
  13. We learned how weak the interior of their offensive line is last night, rushing three and getting Brady off of his spots were key. Also, their line's lack of push on those 4th and short. KC has an exceptional Defense, but I like our front 4 as much as their front 3. I'm not expecting to beat NE, but making Brady uncomfortable is easier this year, especially without his bailout slot WRs. The best case scenario for the season regarding New England (for Buffalo) Brady doesn't win the super bowl and we start seeing his age catch up to him. Then in the offseason Jimmy G either is franchised or signs a lucrative deal with NE making him the highest paid backup, while Brady limps into retirement. Then Jimmy G follows in the path of all of the other Brady backups.
  14. So the Red Sox were caught in a high tech sign stealing scheme, must be something in the water there.
  15. DB yes, DE no, unless Kony is released and wants to play for his former DC...I just don't see a WR added unless there's an injury
  16. I think the trade favors Buffalo, if Mathews is healthy at all.
  17. please feel free to look at the eclipse, don't let others ruin your fun with their lies, tell the rest of your team, I think they'll enjoy it too.
  18. I am sorry but I am against this going out of business/trade everyone narrative. If we trade Hughes away, we'll get a 2 round pick at best from a team that we'll just make stronger and McCoy maybe a 3rd...are we going to replace that talent level in the 2nd or 3rd? I know what a lot of people are thinking, "but McCoy will be out of his prime by the time the QB we draft is in his prime..." But here is the thing, having a good running back is part of the development of the QB. Keep everyone, tanking also makes us even less attractive to free agents, then we end up paying more than the competition and losing out of high priority free agents.
  19. He won't last past week 3, first he will divide the locker room, most of the vets won't want to see a retired player handed the keys. 2nd he'll get hurt, I'm more worried at Matt Moore, who we struggle against
  20. My hope is he plays (Brady) plays two more years so they have to make a decision on keeping JG and investing the money....while Brady takes away from his development
  21. Boldin is like having a short physical TE in the slot. He will be best in a 3 WR set, where he can work to help pick up the additional yard on an outside run. He'll also be the slot extension that Tyrod needs, when Tyrod breaks out of the pocket, Boldin will be who he looks for to either block or pick up the first on 3rd and 5. I was a fan of his a FSU and I hope to be a fan of his in Buffalo.
