  1. please feel free to look at the eclipse, don't let others ruin your fun with their lies, tell the rest of your team, I think they'll enjoy it too.
  2. I am sorry but I am against this going out of business/trade everyone narrative. If we trade Hughes away, we'll get a 2 round pick at best from a team that we'll just make stronger and McCoy maybe a 3rd...are we going to replace that talent level in the 2nd or 3rd? I know what a lot of people are thinking, "but McCoy will be out of his prime by the time the QB we draft is in his prime..." But here is the thing, having a good running back is part of the development of the QB. Keep everyone, tanking also makes us even less attractive to free agents, then we end up paying more than the competition and losing out of high priority free agents.
  3. I'd do a Tevin Smith for Tyrod...maybe
  4. He won't last past week 3, first he will divide the locker room, most of the vets won't want to see a retired player handed the keys. 2nd he'll get hurt, I'm more worried at Matt Moore, who we struggle against
  5. I'll be at saints practice on Wednesday
  6. My hope is he plays (Brady) plays two more years so they have to make a decision on keeping JG and investing the money....while Brady takes away from his development
  7. Boldin is like having a short physical TE in the slot. He will be best in a 3 WR set, where he can work to help pick up the additional yard on an outside run. He'll also be the slot extension that Tyrod needs, when Tyrod breaks out of the pocket, Boldin will be who he looks for to either block or pick up the first on 3rd and 5. I was a fan of his a FSU and I hope to be a fan of his in Buffalo.
  8. great list, but here's what I'd change. where is Winfield? 1st team. I'd replace Butler with Chris Villarrial, his time with Buffalo was short, but he was solid. Flowers all sucks more than Kelsey, Kelsey was fairly solid, Flowers was a bust. I might replace Walker with Gandy for 2nd team, again, Gandy wasn't great, but he was a inexpensive option that outplayed his contract. Crowell over Kiko Ko Simpson should be all sucks too
  9. I sat in the corner of the end zone when he caught that game winning TD against Jacksonville, I actually remember hearing his feet tap in, I truly thought he was going to have a good if not great career.
  10. I thought because of Maclin's speed he'd be more valuable with Mahomes. Outside of Kelce, I don't see a consistent threat on their offense. Well, Kelce and Spiller obviously
  11. I think you have to mix it up. Smart teams know when they have the opponent on the ropes and don't celebrate every first down like it's a touchdown
  12. I disagree, while I don't agree with not giving him the 5th year, I don't think he will mail it in, he is in a contract year. question; worse case scenario, can we franchise tag him after this year?
  13. He only played in 27% of Philadelphia's defensive snaps last and they are looking for at least a 5th round pick in this year's draft. I doubt we will find a more talented player in that round. He does, however make more than any other LB on the Bills team. He would give us a three down LB
  14. For flies that's several lifetimes.
  15. He earned the #18 at LSU, that's a special number in Baton Rouge
  16. We now have two first next year, 27th this year and additional 3rd
  17. Engram is a WR in my book, I would take him in the 2nd if we don't draft a WR in the first. I am a Bucky Hodges fan, at VT he rarely lined up next to the tackle, he was flexed outside and in the slot, at 6'6", a 4.5 40 and maybe more importantly a 39 inch vert, he creates match up problems, but he isn't going to dominate as a blocking. But I'd but him in the slot, make the defense respond to his freakish size and athletic abilities.
  18. I kinda feel like this was the plan with him all alone, they would rather have the draft pick and roll with a vet like Mike Tolbert. Also, had they tendered him a 2nd round pick, he could have held out, with the thought process being, that if Buf valued him that much, they should pay him. Now we have some power to get back into the late 3rd or early 4th and pick up a need.
  19. I don't hate the pick, my concern is; how much difference is there between a Mike Williams and a 2nd rounder like Zay Jones? I don't think there's a huge difference. The same can be said about the cornerbacks. So I don't have an answer to what I'd rather buffalo do. But, I think it would be to trade back for more picks.
  20. Do we have a lack of depth at DT? Williams, Dareus, Washington, Worthy and Coleman (who I think will be a happy surprise this year) seems like a lot of DT
  21. I pitched in a highly competitive men's league and in weekend tournaments for 7 years, we (the pitchers) wore masks to protect our faces...I took one off of the thigh once, the bruise lasted two months and you could see the laces, it was awful, I miss it.
  22. I like JRM too, if he was healthier this past year I feel he'd be a 2nd rounder or early 3rd, instead he's a 5-7th round pick for a team that runs a 4-3...he's a pure Will
  23. Tragic life, my heart goes out to his love ones that he's disappointed and hurt.
  24. Larson and Troupe together, but for the home game against The patriots It will break the curse
