Absolutely. Allen is the guy. He's QB1 . This staff and players truly believe in him , it is his team . I don't see a scenario where Allen plays so horrendous that he gets benched but if he got hurt for 4-6 games , I believe Barkley can keep us afloat at least.

I knew something was fishy when he wasn't on the leadership council after being a C last year. Initially I'm not happy about it at all. But this has to mean they think Singletary is that good and don't want touches taken away from him.

Nothing comes to mind. I also agree with @thurst44 about Murphy. We're just have a deep RB room. Singletary having an instant impact and looking like a potential steal , there's just no room with Shady,Gore,Yeldon . I'm pretty confident he'll get picked up. Can do alot worse than Murphy. I could actually see the Jets signing him . Believe they're a little thin at RB. Squeeze him for info in a huge week 1 game for both teams... I'm looking for the run game to have a huge year. Shady/Gore just know how to get those important first downs. They're both H.O.F level players with incredible work ethic. Then you got the young gun in Singletary who just has that vision out there . That natural vision you can't coach. Kid struck gold landing in this RB room as a rookie! With maulers like Ford , Spain , Feliciano , Morse , Dawkins (OL looks pretty good on paper!) , I just see the run game having a huge bounce back year. Specifically Shady , looking more like 2017 , 1138 rushing 450 receiving , 9 TD .

With DJ supposedly safe , which I approve, I don't see Eddie making the cut. Remember Lorax plays DE too. Looks like a great teammate , just more talent ahead of him

I'm a huge Jerry Hughes fan , feel he's criminally underrated. He's an elite pass rusher and disruptor, and Oliver has the makeup to be one on the inside . Clowney would add another elite , disrupting DL. I personally don't want anything to do with him . I think we're talented and deep at DE but that would be a lethal combination , backed by arguably the best secondary in the game.

He also led the team in Rec yards and TD last year. He's capable of playing any wr position . Meanwhile Duke Williams has only went against reserves. I like what I've seen from Duke but Zay is a lock to make roster , see significant playing time. Unless he's packaged for Clowney. Zay is more valuable than we think. He just needs to be more consistent. Hopefully he keeps progressing

No other WRs really had an impact either in the whole first half. Zay was out there with the first team all preseason
