  1. Revenge for their signing of Will Wolford back in the day?
  2. I’ll tell you what kind of report it was: a chickens.h.i.t report. On many levels. Not the least of which is if the Bucs chose this way to put a player on notice instead of telling him directly and in private.
  3. Absolutely! Nobody screams “process guy” like Antonio Brown.
  4. Things make so much more sense when you break them down scientifically. Well done.
  5. Considering? WTF kind of report is that?

    Woopsie!

  7. The SB is already a ratings bonanza, the TV ad spots have already been sold, and the league already paid by the networks. All that’s left is narrative and the talking heads can never get enough of a good narrative. Brace for the nausea. Of course, the Bills are in a position to cram it down their throats and it will be music to our ears.
  8. I’m convinced that half our current fan base wouldn’t have survived the Dolphins rivalry back in the day. The angst is off the charts and there’s not enough Klonopin to go around.
  9. Hester was a return specialist and perhaps the best ever. But that’s where his play as a special teams player ends. Tasker was not only a return specialist at times, he was also a gunner on punts and kickoffs where he routinely made game changing plays; from downing punts deep in opponent’s territory to forcing and recovering fumbles. In addition, he had seven blocked punts to his credit as well. There has never been a more complete, all-around and impactful special teams player before or since. If it’s true that special teams are a key component of the game like every coach has said forever it seems, then Tasker qualifies in every way.
  10. Whether or not anybody cares about hockey or not isn’t the point. The point is, does the NFL care about egregious violations of its protocols or not.
  11. Evander Kane was suspended 21 games without pay for doing the same thing. The NFL should follow suit.
  12. We have a very good defense with guys who have been playing it together for several seasons now, especially on the back end, and they can complete each other’s sentences at this point. That said, while they’re a good defense, I’d hardly classify them as a dominant defense. I’m not sure that kind of defense exists anymore.
  13. There are quarterbacks. There are passers. And then there is Josh Allen. Enjoy the ride.
  14. Philistine!
  15. That’s an 87 point pace for the season. Nice improvement, but still about 8 points short of a playoff spot. Then again, nobody in their right mind entertained playoff hopes before the season began, anyway.
  16. That makes two draft picks poached off our PS this season. Good for the players, not good for the teams that devoted scouting and development resources to those draft picks.
  17. No doubt Dell owns the lion’s share of the loss. He’s atrocious and I’m still trying to figure out why he didn’t have his stick on the ice when he lost sight of the puck when Hagg laid down in front of him on the first Leafs goal. But Miller gift wrapped their second goal because he couldn’t do his job and was stripped of the puck and made a few other piss poor plays as well. He’s in my doghouse.
  18. The loss tonight stings. Dell, Miller, and Butcher can pack their bags and leave immediately.
  19. Tuch most likely returns in February. Barring injuries, I’d be surprised if Krebs gets brought up at all this season or at least until they are out of contention officially and they give the kids a look in April. I’m hoping Power signs and gets a few games after his college season as well around that time.
