You know this based upon what? Your experience in NFL programming? It’s an awful take. If anything, the networks want to showcase teams in preseason who have high profile early draft picks (QBs), bad teams that are expected to “turn the corner,” or teams featuring superstars who switched teams in the offseason. The Bills are “boring” in that regard as one of the league’s most stable organizations. As for national coverage, have you missed the multiple threads on TSW about national pundits specifically talking about the Bills? Josh Allen is all over the place. The media loved the Diggs fiasco. The lack of Bills’ preseason games being aired live is nothing more than a random anomaly. There are no “real” NFL fans who believe the Bills are “done.”

I may have reacted a bit quickly. I forgot that one of Shorter’s “pluses” is that he’s a great ST player. That could be his path onto this year’s team while he develops as a receiver. Gary?
-
No way Shorter makes the 53…PS fodder fo’ sho.

Yeah, those 6 prime time regular season games really show the media’s “small market bias” towards the Bills. What a joke; I expected better from you, Shaw. The Bills are an elite NFL franchise and are treated as such in the media.

Aren’t all the preseason games on NFL+? I guess I don’t even understand the premise of this thread. Who the hell cares if preseason games are nationally televised? With the reduction in games from 4 to 3 and the late cutdown date, literally none of these games feature players we’ll be seeing on Sundays this fall.

The DL decisions are very intriguing. Hard to see Basham sticking with this group. Has AJE finally “gotten it?” What about Shaq? They love his ability to set the edge but he provides almost nothing in pass rush. Hoping Beane makes the right choices and turns the discards into some sort of capital…

It’s becoming a problem…one that surprises me a bit because I thought Kyle would be a better option than Keenum last season. Looks like I was way off, at least at this juncture.

Please list the WR rooms in the NFL you think are better than Buffalo’s. And for those rooms please also identify the other strengths and weaknesses of the teams involved, as well as their QBs. This is not intended to “call you out” or to insist that the Bills have a “great” WR room. I just want to know your basis for criticism.

Agreed. Babich is an impressive guy in his own right.

Pretty pathetic exit for the US women. Three of them missed the freaking net in PKs — the absolutely only thing you can’t do in that situation.

I absolutely love the football discussion…especially those who get into the X’s and O’s because that is not my forte. I’m here because there is no other place that similarly embodies the entirety of the Bills’ fan base, and I love this team like no other.

Talk about a punchable face.

Perhaps I’m stating the obvious, but it’s Beane’s (and the director of pro personnel’s) job to be keeping an eye on waivers.

THANKS for 25 years of the Stadium Wall, TBD!

It’s a happy addiction for me, particularly since I haven’t lived in Buffalo since ‘93. I’ve also met some real nice people through this site (not you @boyst). Go Bills and thanks @SDS! -

I’m glad the 1st string O wasn’t out there much…sucks for fans, but that’s not what is important right now. -

I enjoy reading discussions like this. I’m not a coach and never claimed to be an X’s and O’s guy. It’s interesting. Thanks. -
Pick any cherries lately?

You should see the other guy…

So has Spencer had his back amputated yet?

Maybe McD is evolving. “Humble and hungry” works when you’re a nobody and have to earn your keep. It works for rookies and UDFAs. Perhaps McD isn’t the meathead some think he is, and he realizes that there are superstars in that locker room now who want the damn trophy. -
Do you work for the NSA or something? That is amazing code breaking work. As to the thread topic — get in line. I’ve been on the Cook bandwagon since he was drafted.

So if AJ doesn’t win those reps does it mean he sucks? Just trying to figure out the process of analysis here…
