Chris Brown called it "another day off" and noted he is still doing conditioning work. Foolish to speculate without knowing more.

I feel like his co-hosts are completely annoyed by him as well but are obligated to defer because he is the "great" Coach Weis. FWIW, he has actually been pretty bullish on the Bills and likes what they did this offseason.

I can't believe Miller is on the radio with that mush mouth of his. Seriously, it's one of the worst on-air voices I've ever heard. You've heard the phrase "he's got a face for radio?" I think Miller has a voice for mutes. You mean Jabba the Hutt? The snorting, breathing, name-dropping is annoying for sure. And I'm sick of hearing about the Jersey shore.

They watch practice and conduct their interviews during/after...what you're listening to from 3-7 is a mixture of live commentary and recorded interviews.

Miller is mumble-mouthed and borderline un-listenable, but Kirwan is great. I will be very curious to hear what they think of camp this year compared to last.

@GunnerBill it's been amusing reading your diatribe on Tannehill in this thread -- you are certainly passionate in your distaste for him as an NFL QB but I have to admit you're spot on. It's amazing Miami stuck with him for so long. Fitzy was always more entertaining and at least plays to win -- he just doesn't always have the ability to make it happen. One wonders what direction the Bills franchise would have taken if Buddy Nix was never catfished and they kept Fitz around even after drafting EJ. It doesn't matter now because I'm really happy with where they're headed, but it's an interesting "what if" to think about.

I'm pretty certain the local stations don't own the broadcast rights to NFL games...the NFL does. Sunday Ticket doesn't show you a "local" feed -- you see no local ads during those broadcasts, only national ones. This issue only impacts watching the particular local station in your viewing area.

Duke is certainly helped by the fact that there are no longer "graduated" cutdowns of NFL rosters during the preseason...it's all one big cut following the last preseason game. He'll need to show in those contests that he's the guy who is "open even when covered" and let his physicality show in a way it can't during TC practices. It's guys like this for whom preseason is so important.

So be it -- I don't watch much of this stuff anyway and what the national media thinks of the Bills is of no concern to me. Oh, and news flash -- a team that has been to 3 straight Super Bowls and won 3 of the last 5 is going to be the primary feature most of the time.

Serious question...do the Bills send their injured guys back to OP so they can receive treatment in their SOTA facility? I'm thinking about guys like Croom and Knox with their hammies. It's only an hour drive...they could go for treatment and still get back for meetings/etc. Does anybody know?
