  1. C'mon, Dog, you know better than to feed trolls...
  2. 2018 -- one (Murphy) 2019 -- two (Kroft, Morse) Yeah, sounds about right. Look, there's no way to positively spin Morse having another concussion but you guys go off the deep end waaaay too quickly.
  3. Eddie is feeling it out there today!
  4. Is it wrong for me to like the fact that Josh throws a couple of picks? I mean, the Bills' D is pretty good and he has to learn what he can and can't get away with. That's what practice is for.
  5. Somebody get this guy a Kelso helmet, STAT!
  6. It's all over the Tweeter.
  7. "Not good" is an understatement. That was the primary concern with this guy coming in. Oh boy...
  8. I'll be at G2 in Charlotte....
  9. Moulds' breakout year was that season ('98)...the playoff game was just icing on the cake. He was awesome all year.
  10. But @MR8 -- I'm reading in this thread that what Beane did was "unprecedented, reckless, and unnecessary!" I guess I would agree that for the Bills managing the cap well IS unprecedented!
  11. He really is, because Josh gets pretty fired up and it will be great to have that balance in the huddle and on the field.
  12. I love Ed Oliver and it's crazy to me that some people think he has an attitude problem. The guy is spewing McD-isms out of his mouth left and right.
  13. Deserves it. The guy is an absolute beast.
  14. My pleasure. Yeah, I think they are bullish on the organization but just being cautious. There really is something novel in the way Beane attacked the OL revamp, and people are starting to take notice. By the way, Alexander said he loves Cody Ford as a RT and doesn't agree with those who said he needs to move to G.
  15. Well, why don't you humor me and spell it out then? Because to the uninformed reader it looks like you're just trying to belittle other Bills fans.
  16. Oh well, at least this year the Bills have some insurance at the position if anything comes of it.
  17. Do you have a point or are you just rambling?
  18. I'm damn close to reducing my DTV subscription to the bare minimum just to keep Sunday Ticket, and going the streaming route for everything else.
  19. Yeah, I saw that this morning also. Do we think there is any concern about a suspension given the fact Shady was found to have "contributed" to the incident?
  20. It was new management shaping the roster the way they see fit. Nothing more, nothing less. If you personally disagree with how they went about it that's fine, but it was neither "unprecedented" nor "reckless." Whether it is successful remains to be seen, however many indicators appear to be pointing up.
  21. This is about where I am. I think joint practices are better preparation for the season (and could take the place of one or two preseason games) but I'm worried about injuries because of more intense activity.
  22. He comes on with Miller and Kirwan regularly (once a week I think) to discuss OL play. His take on the Bills' OL was essentially that with so many new guys you better have a coach who "lays down the law" about how something is going to be done so you don't have individuals doing their own thing because that's how they did it previously. Kirwan noted how the Bills have something most teams don't have -- experience at the backup spots. I listened to pretty much the first hour and a half of the show -- Kirwan is most concerned about how you get all of the new faces on offense to gel as a team. He seems to still be in a "wait and see" mode with respect to Allen, and said a couple of times "you don't want your QB to lead the team in rushing." Mushmouth Miller (a former QB) expressed more excitement about Allen's ability. Alexander said he wants to see Josh become more of a leader -- that comment struck me as a bit odd because my impression has been that Josh has really taken control of the team. They all like the Bills' D; Kirwan emphasized needing more of a pass rush but Alexander challenged him on that point, saying the Bills' D is so technically sound and the number of sacks can be a deceptive statistic. Miller chimed in saying they had the #1 pass defense despite being middle of the pack in sacks. I think all of these guys really like McD, Beane, and where the Bills are headed...they're just not ready to proclaim them as being "there" yet, particularly because of the wholesale changes on offense. None of them implied the Bills made a mistake investing in Allen.
