  1. "You better git ready for a fistfight in a phone booth, YEEEEEE HAAAAAWWWW!" What a jackass. What does that even mean? Greggggg has become a caricature of himself, quickly approaching Rex Ryan status. I really hope the Bills hang 40 on them.
  2. Wait, was Greggggg Williams running his mouth again? I'm shocked.
  3. Norman OUT on Sunday, Vernon Butler QUESTIONABLE. Everyone else a full go.
  4. Well, good morning Mr. Grumpy Pants!!! We act as though something is owed to us. It’s not. Belittling McD for not winning a road playoff game or beating NE*** teams that went to the Super Bowl is a little short-sighted. He has built an incredible culture and they have a talented roster. No, they shouldn’t be compared (offensively) with the Chiefs at this point but they DO have the pieces on offense to be very good. Knox was a raw prospect and admitted it wasn’t until late in the year that things started to slow down for him. We’re all waiting to see what he does next. Josh certainly talked him up this summer. To me, the guy on the hot seat this year for the Bills isn’t McD, it’s Daboll. He has put his offense in place and this is year 3. He finally has the multiple weapons he craves to show different looks and attack different opponents’ weaknesses. Daboll and Josh need to be on the same page. I’m the contrarian here — I’m not worried about Josh at all. He’s going to open a lot of eyes when he starts distributing the ball to all of these guys and has a completion % in the mid-60s. I’m expecting a top-10 offense in yards and points this season, with a ceiling that is even higher. They’re not the Chiefs but they don’t have to be.
  5. Man, it would be sweet to see half of those 12K fans in Bills’ blue and red next week.
  6. I see that “Overreaction Thursday” is alive and well! Let’s just cancel the season and hand the trophy over, everybody!
  7. And right there you've provided a fantastic example of why people who only look at statistics are frequently mistaken as to what is really going on.
  8. All only relevant if you live in the Bills' TV market. Out-of-market folks can't do either of those things...hence trying to use VPNs to circumvent location.
  9. Yeah, some people don't like it. With the white helmets I think it looks great. I'm not a fan of the red helmets at all, but the one uniform combo they look good on is the white on white.
  10. Of all the guys pre-2016 the one I’ll always regret losing is Bobby Woods. What a consummate pro and really good receiver. In retrospect the Bills were such a mess and he wanted to go home to LA, but in today’s Bills’ culture he would be an unbelievably good fit. Aside from that, I’m a forward-thinking guy and I’m ready for a dominant era of Bills football.
  11. Since we’re talking about uniforms again, here’s my ranking of the various ‘kits’: Blue jersey/white pants — the classic. Top five uniform in the NFL. White jersey/blue pants — reminds me of the Fergie/OJ era. White jersey/white pants — can be an intimidating look. Red jersey/red pants — fun for a game or two. Blue jersey/blue pants — looks too “collegiate” for me. The trend? Not a fan of monochromatic.
  12. Yeah, this is where I’m at also. I feel like the people who expect the Jets to compete are channeling the way we used to feel during the drought. You see glimpses of some things in camp that give you some optimism, but deep down you know it’s not going to be pretty. On the other side, it’s remarkable to me how some people still think Josh Allen won’t improve. Just startling. A guy who works that hard, who played really well at times last season, and is still learning. I’d like somebody to explain to me, logically, why anyone would believe he reached his plateau already. This game will be a convincing win for our Bills.
  13. Just finished my second (and last) draft. Another 10-team 2-QB PPR league. Took Brown in the 13th and Bass in the 16th. It's a new league with one keeper so I took a flier on Gabriel Davis with my final (17th) pick.
  14. I just don't know what to say to anyone who doesn't believe the Bills will throw it all over the field on Sunday. This is a STATEMENT game. Diggs is here. They are going to do everything in their power to establish that connection and show the league this is no longer a pop gun offense. Josh will have 35 pass attempts.
  15. Blocked punts are rarely the fault of the punter, unless they drop/bobble the snap. That was a coverage breakdown.
  16. He's unbelievably delusional. True sign of stupidity, also...refuses to ever back down. I always wonder what guys like that do for a living...run for President?
  17. Oh Jesus I'm so tempted to join for one reason and one reason only...Sunday afternoon.
  18. That's not McD's style. Everything is earned.
  19. The D line is a little bit different. All of the guys will play. This should absolutely not be viewed as any indication the Bills are not pleased with Epenesa.
  20. Here it is (hope you can zoom):
  21. Had a 10-team, 2-QB PPR draft last night. Took Dak as my 1st QB but snagged Josh in the 7th round. Got Motor a round later.
  22. You’re an idiot. Saying I think they’ll win 12 doesn’t mean taking a stupid bet from the likes of you. I DID put my money where my mouth is...I’ve bet the over for Bills’ regular season wins on several outlets.
  23. Crowder is more than solid, he’s an excellent slot receiver. Hogan is a last resort. The Jets have two good receiving weapons — Crowder and Herndon. If the Jests can’t get a run game going I think Hughes & Co. are going to eat Darnold up behind that brand new line. This is also the first game under McD in which the Bills appear to have the pieces necessary to field a potent offense. I don’t see them “playing down” to the Jests’ level. The goal this season is to win the AFCE and McD will have them primed and ready for this division game.
