  1. Here's Revis' response when he was told Geno said he didn't find it necessary to study him; "I don't understand why [laughing] he didn't study me?" Revis said. "[Laughing more] Because I will be on the opposite side. But I don't know what their gameplan or their preparation is. And personally I don't know what Geno's preparation is but I would hope if you're playing against another opponent you should [laughing once more] study everybody on the opposing team. "I'm studying him. [still laughing] Just to let him know, I'm studying him."
  2. I totally agree with this.
  3. Sorry if this was already brought up I didn't read every post, but I would hate for the Byrd situation to develop into an issue with Carrington if he plays at a high level this year.

  5. I'm not sure how your comments relate to anything in my post???
  6. I certainly understand your points but I think Brady struggles with the blitz when more importantly it doesn't get picked up. Brady does not like to get hit, I think that's been proven time and again. That is what I believe is the key to stopping him Sunday.
  7. Yeah they'll have to be. I never sided with the "faking it" theorist but I did think it was plausible with the limited information. But I think they were on the scent of something being up with that injury. I just don't think this news makes them any more off than the opposite theory which was mostly that he has a real injury that is excruciatingly painful most likely from just working overly hard to get ready for the season.
  8. Who? I don't see who quoted this.
  9. How many times have we shown we're better than the 3rd worst team?
  10. You're way over the line here IMO. You call him an idiot and then say you hate fans with a bad attitude towards people...hmmmm.
  11. I don't recall the Bills having an interest in Meachem or at least it was never discussed here.
  12. I get it and certainly can be a very discomforting ailment. I'm just saying it can be one of those unprovable injuries to its severity that keeps the conspiracy theory possible.
  13. Why does it have to be high on the "things to fix list" to be concerned about it? We need corners so don't worry about the punter? As it stands alone the punter is an extremely important position. You don't think it's important to punt short kicks inside the 10 vs touch backs? Seriously?
  14. From what I've read it doesn't show up in X-rays. So it is the type of injury that could play into the conspiracy theory of "faking".
  15. What is wrong with some of you guys? Seriously! A few injuries and its like everything we've done is wrong now.
  16. This was already said but I can tell you're not very bright.
  17. I think an argument could be made that players may be more susceptible to being hurt in the regular season if they don't get some live action during the preseason games.
  18. I think there's a difference between a bad decision and a what has happened here. How do we know that EJ, Kolb, and Tuel aren't better off that they got more reps than other teams QB's that had 4? How could you measure that? How do we know it would have been a better organizational decision if we still had the injuries to Kolb and EJ but all through camp they all got less reps?
  19. Yeah but he kept saying it over and over and over. Wasn't it great?
  20. You're right it hasn't been talked about but I bet most of us are thinking about it. It's the most important thing that happened today. Why?
  21. I for one thoroughly enjoyed listening to Theisman. Just a terrific job.
  22. I guess it's about what you think he's an option for? To make the team, I'd hope not. To bring in so we can evaluate the rest of the players, so be it. Obviously we'll know more in the next few days but I think it's a little early to think they have to replace Kolb.
  23. I couldn't disagree more. His accuracy on downing the ball deep is really bad. It's crucial he gets better at that. He routinely kicks the ball way too short or lands it in the end zone. It's nice to see him not letting balls come off the side of the foot and he can bomb the ball no doubt. But punters are most valuable when they can control the ball on the short ones.
  24. CJ had a very nice 19 yard run and scored our lone TD. Kiko looked pretty good to me, had a couple nice hits and seemed to be in good position. Hughes had a couple nice pressures (1 sack if I remember right). Gilmore got beat once but covered well otherwise and dropped a would be interception. There was so much bad in every aspect that it made it very difficult to even think about anything good, but this was my take.
