  1. Yeah like building around a first round QB with tons of talent?
  2. Aging defense? Nope! Beyond Kyle and Lorenzo we're young.
  3. Well in fairness with 2 rookie QB's and Tannehill at the helm for the other teams. They're still strategic and have taken care of the division - but they for the first time, IMO, look like a bottom tier playoff team.
  4. Normally these emotional responses, I dismiss too but Star has looked bad most of the year. When our LB's play well, some have given him credit, even when he's only played like 30% of the snaps. I have video proof he's bad, very bad even, that I've shared.
  5. Hey, we don't say bud
  6. Need DT's in a bad way too.
  7. He's on the Eagles, that would be hard to do.
  8. I don't see how you can say that Zay and Foster are starters.
  9. Star getting blown up and out of position several times yet again.
  10. How could you know that?
  11. Both have a great shoe collection so it's hard to say.
  12. Exactly and how about how our own fans like to chastise our team for not drafting said player - yet they forget many others passed on these guys too.
  13. Wow this is fun. What about Aaron Rodgers and everyone else that's good that drafted behind our pick?
  14. Don't get me wrong - I loved Marty and he's my kind of coach. He did have some back luck, we agree, but we both know the reason is because he didn't win in the post season.
  15. Because while most recognized him as a tremendous coach - he could not win in the playoffs. Then as time went on and the league grew more and more towards passing offenses - his brand of football, even though largely successful - was the blame for the abysmal playoff performances his teams largely had.
  16. I honestly don't know where folks are getting this from. He's been a disappointment in both areas.
  17. Peterson is an excellent player but he's just not what we should be focused on. Offensive weapons are terribly difficult to get in free agency so the draft is our opportunity and even that's extremely difficult. We can ill afford to give up draft picks even for someone as good as Peterson.
  18. Well he's pacing at 1,120 yds for a 16 game season coming in late to camp and New England. He's on a team that spreads the ball around, yet he's getting his. I know he's a risk but finding WR's is one hard task. I feel somewhat hopeful about some of our young guys but I don't think they're stars. I'm of the opinion that talented WR's are needed for a young QB to make him better. Then if the QB develops into one of the top QB's - they can do with less because they can make WR's better than they are. However, if you don't get a young QB WR's it can stunt their development and they mire in mediocrity. We see this happen all the time in the NFL. It's a critical problem we have and all options should be taken with an open mind.
  19. I don't see him getting this treatment at all.
  20. Aren't Chucky and Gruden the same person?
  21. How about this post from LABILLBACKER? "Bill's defense gave up 14 ST gave up 13 Our ST have wet themselves all year. Including today they've cost us 4 games."
  22. It would be all our preference to have a 21-22 year old stud rather than a 30 year old. The success rate for WR's is ridiculously low. If you pick the wrong one - we know all too well it can destroy your offensive plans. I don't think your quite understanding how hard it is and going to be to fix our WR situation.
