  1. Could not disagree more.
  2. Two of Baltimore's CBs were injured in that game which may account for some of that second half scoring.
  3. Unfortunately, the season starts in January this year which has historically been a month where the team crashes back down to the bottom of the division after a surprisingly hot start. But we have some new pieces and promising young rookies in the lineup who know nothing about our culture of losing and Ristolainen has a crazy new haircut so nothing would surprise me in a pandemic season. Over/under - 1.5 goals scored tonight 10 mins of TOI for Skinner 2.5 goals allowed
  4. Maybe now that Hutton isn't as blind he won't ***** his pants as much.
  5. What was the job? Do you need references?
  6. I agree 100%. I think Allen will be on a short leash this Saturday too. He has never won a divisional round playoff game. If he looks nervous early, i think we will see Barkley play the first half.
  7. After watching Peterman start the season?.....No.
  8. https://www.buffalohockeybeat.com/ralph-krueger-confident-jeff-skinner-will-bounce-back-for-sabres/ Reading between the lines it sounds like: 1. Skinner wasn't buying into the Krueger system of play 2. Ralph is trying to roll 3 lines that have some threat of scoring
  9. I really don't understand that rumor because Reinhart is atrocious defensively and Jack is no saint. Rino has zero back check. Zero. On a team that is starved for scoring and plays miserable team defense one might think there is room for Skinner. Glad to see Tage is developing. He had better score 20 plus goals on the top line.
  10. In a perfect world he's demanding a trade at half time.
  11. And hes not very happy about it either. Hes had some disgruntled tweets this year about lack of targets. Something like "at least I got my cardio in".
  12. I think Olofsson brings next to nothing to 5 on 5 play. This Skinner deal will go down as an absolute disaster unless Krueger can get something out of him. I find it hard to believe that one of the league's best scorers the past few years just forgot how to play.
  13. What little I have seen of Lamar this season always includes comically bad misses. The type of misses that go viral in 2 minutes if its Josh Allen. He hits a few home runs every game and that's the part that concerns me but man does he leave points on the field. Hoping the latter continues Saturday night.
  14. One thing Lamar does well is hitting guys for deep shots when scrambling. Typically when DBs and safeties abandon their man to fly down field in run support, Lamar will plant and throw right before crossing the LOS. Even when he does have wide open guys he still has a tendency to miss wildly.
  15. The problem with losing TOP as badly as we were in the first half is that the Colts ran 18 more plays and had one more drive than us. A big part of that was our total ineptitude on 3rd down as an offense. That is my biggest concern. Bills were the best team in the league on 3rd down conversions in the regular season and went 2-9 on 3rd against the Colts. If we sustain a few more drives we might not have been starting drives inside our own 10, might have scored some more points, and forced Indy into pass mode where our secondary can make plays.
  16. I thought the in game officials did a pretty good job Saturday. They could have put any of the Gabe Davis sideline catches under the microscope and failed to see a sliver of green grass between his shoe and the side line but maintained the call on the field. I thought the camera angles on the field showed that Poyer had not yet touched Pascal down before that knee came back up off the ground but I suppose there is a chance that a defender made contact with Pascal at some point. This is how the replay rule was originally meant to be handled. A means to overturn obvious wrongs that any guy on a bar stool could see the replay and know whether the call was correct or not. The Pascal fumble took minutes to review. As written, that call should stand. However, the replay rule has NEVER been administered as originally intended and NFL officials have consistently adjudicated on fractions of a second and millimeters. If that same play happens in week 3, its a fumble. Much like during last year's officiated debacle in our wild card round, I have to ask what is up with these crews establishing new precedent in the course of the game?
  17. Its telling that I left the game thinking he played only pretty good. It clearly was not his best performance and the offense struggled to sustain drives. But a "pretty good" day for him is 300 yards, 3 TDs, and luckily zero turnovers. If our run game could pick up 3rd and short that game would have been out of reach in my opinion.
  18. Those were the only 300 yard passing games the Ravens gave up all year so they look like aberrations*. Also, the Chiefs and Browns ran for over 100 yards in those games. The Rams and 49ers are also top passing defenses. We gained more air yards on them than any team this season. We were only the 7th highest in passing yards vs. Picksburgh. I don't know what any of this means but thought it was intersting. *Stat from pro football reference for passing yards allowed includes sack yardage. Interestingly enough, these numbers do not tie to the offensive totals per PFR. If we look at Bills v Rams, they are credited with 274 yards passing defense but Allen has 311 passing yards when adjusted for sacks. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/ram/2020.htm https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/A/AlleJo02.htm
  19. If there is a type of snow that slows down Jackson without slowing down Diggs, Beasley, Brown, TreDavious, Edmunds, Milano, Hyde, Poyer, Wallace, Roberts, Taron, Singletary, and Knox then I'm all for it.
  20. Hackett is in Green Bay as OC.
  21. You might want to make other plans for Saturday at 8:15. I think there's going to be a lot of that garbage during the broadcast.
  22. Do you have "Property of Gordong" inked on your lower back?
  23. That took courage. Proud of you.
  24. If theres a matchup for a big WR I would hope Gabe Davis gets the nod. He has lined up all over the field. If Duke is on the field, I only want him blocking for Brown on that 'Gold Rip' screen play they have run so well this year.
