The Pats severely lacked talent on offense last year but do any of you guys watch him throw? Chad Pennington thinks thats a dead arm.

Its what they did last year. Their offense moved the ball pretty well last year but it rarely amounted to points. Its highly difficult to orchestrate 10+ play drives in the NFL.

Ralph isn't going anywhere. No amount of ranting and raving is going to change that.

Edelman and Welker were excellent receivers that they saw the potential in and developed into the players they became. I give the Pats full credit for molding those two into amazing slot receivers and installing an offense that caters to their strengths. Outside of those two the only outside threat I can recall them drafting was Deion Branch. Moss was already a HoF caliber talent when he landed in New England after quitting on Oakland. Since then they have had nothing but misses in identifying Wideouts in free agency or the draft. Hogan, Sanu, Brandin Cooks, K'Neal Harry, etc.

They made Edelman and Welker. Edelman was a college QB who they transitioned to slot receiver. Welker was a nobody before they screwed the Dolphins and picked him up as a restricted free agent. Moss fell in their laps.

Its good that they have a real home run threat to pair with their rocket armed QB.......I'm sure Belichick will be very understanding when Agholor is dropping gimmes. Just ask K'neal Harry.

How would you have allocated their limited cap and made this team demonstrably better? A few days ago the math of keeping Milano, Williams, and Feliciano seemed impossible and we were looking at replacing one or more of them with lower priced free agents or draft picks. We were never in the Judon sweepstakes. Jonnu might do well in New England but thats a lot of money for a guy who averages 25 yards receiving a game.

Hunt is a major upgrade over both Singletary and Moss. Hes a better receiver, more powerful in short yardage, and runs hard between the tackles. Since the incident that got him released in KC he has stayed out of trouble.

I don't know how any fan of Buffalo sports who has paid attention to the Bills and Sabres the last 20 years can think things can't get worse. Like theres a lower limit to sucking. Things can always get worse and they usually do when rash decisions are made under the mistaken idea that things cannot get any worse.
