  1. If Oliver is moved it would be the most fascinating transaction of the offseason IMO. If he went somewhere else and became an inside force (i.e. ~10 sack season) it would be a huge indictment of the coaching staff. Ditching an All-Pro guard in Teller was a massive failure at all levels and Juan Castillo had to be the fall guy for that. If Oliver is jettisoned and immediately dominates for another team there is no manifesting a fall guy -- it would be blatant dysfunction from the top on display.
  2. There's truth to this. McD's go-to quote after each season ending loss is "We'll learn from this." I doesn't appear to me that they've learned anything. Trying to run it back (again) with Frazier seems insane.
  3. They were getting pressure and sacks rushing 3. Any offense in the league is dead in the water if you let that happen.
  4. That was a *** damn good win. Dallas is no joke especially with Otter in net. Anderson fended off a crazy barrage in the first 10 minutes (which likely saved the game) but the Sabres somehow tilted the ice in their favor for last two periods. We essentially picked up Tyson Jost for nothing? OK 😂
  5. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, the bigger problem is that we can't get the right personnel on the field (12 men) in the biggest game of the year.
  6. We should hang a banner in the stadium, "Better than the Marrone and Ryan years"
  7. Saffold looked like he was out of gas in September.
  8. What a bunch of nonsense. You can't be serious.
  9. We already have 2 pass catching RBs that we don't utilize in the passing game. You wanted 3?
  10. Really wanted Dallas to score just to see what they would do XP or 2pt conversion.
  11. This is great. We're blaming the stadium 😂😂😂
  12. what a catch by Kittle
  13. Purdy 20 attempts CMC 6 rushes. Let's not overthink this.
  14. The cheerleaders think if they can shout down any criticism that it somehow helps the team. It's bizarre.
  15. This thread aged well.
  16. Can this team win a Saturday afternoon game against the Ducks? I honestly have no idea.
  17. What specifically did he get wrong? The article claims the deal is not ironclad, and it most certainly is not.
  18. No, they tuned in to watch their game, and when it wasn't on they switched stations to see what was going on. Not hard to grasp.
  19. I'd bet money the peak happened around 4PM when the fans of the other teams starting tuning in to see the evening game. They had to push the 2nd game back to accommodate the long running time.
  20. Let that be a lesson to the Bucs - Brett Maher never misses 5 extra points in a row.
  21. And that speaks to a bigger problem -- that can't happen in the most crucial moment of the game.
  22. Let's see, her grandfather died of cardiac arrest, her grandmother died at 46 from heart failure, and her father died at 42 from a heart attack. I think anyone with some semblance of intelligence could deduce there is a heredity trait here. And no, there isn't an "alarming number of people having cardiac arrests lately." There is, however, an alarming amount of loons on social media claiming there are.
