No he’s not and you don’t know that. -
Trubisky attempted less passes in college than Allen. Nagy has stated that Trubisky has problems with his footwork and mechanics. https://www.si.com/nfl/bears/news/matt-nagy-says-mitchell-trubiskys-troubles-are-all-in-the-footwork https://www.google.com/amp/s/bearswire.usatoday.com/2019/10/22/chicago-bears-matt-nagy-mitch-trubisky-footwork/amp/ https://www.bleachernation.com/bears/2018/12/12/a-three-int-game-has-mitch-trubisky-re-working-his-footwork-mechanics/ Every QB works on their footwork and mechanics once they get to the NFL. Saying Trubisky’s are excellent clearly doesn’t appear to be the case. And regardless, there also so much more to being a developed QB than just the 2 things you mentioned..

Jim Kelly, "something wrong" if Bills don't take East

AFC champs or bust. Set the bar and kick some ass -
I will only speak about NY but if you refuse the breath test it just means you’re getting another ticket if arrested for DWI. The breath test is also the last thing we do during sobriety testing and is not necessary to arrest someone for DWI. No need for a warrant if you refuse, it will just be indicated that you refused and I will list all the other test results showing you were under the influence.
-
Im not sure what they mean when they say DWI certified officer. Usually that just means that the officer was trained in administering field sobriety testing. Typically, if you’re specifically a drug recognition expert then you would be referred to as such.
-
You didn’t have to find anything as I know what I said. Perhaps you needed the refresher? You took exception to someone pointing out that Allen’s passing stats weren’t good and you asked for examples as if to say they were wrong. That’s how we got to this point. Rather than accepting the obvious, you chose to pick up a sword and fight and I’m not sure why.
-
Does the video you’re referring to show the entire stop and all the testing? I’ve only seen the video that’s maybe 2 minutes long. Failing field sobriety and having other noticeable clues is justification enough. Some agencies have drug recognition experts that go through extensive training to determine what may be in someone’s system. I don’t know whether this agency utilized one however it’s not hard to get a warrant if you’ve arrested someone for driving under the influence of drugs and they won’t consent to a blood draw themselves.
-
Actually, what was originally stated was: “In some states, open container = dwi.” Im not aware of any state in which simply having an open container means you are arrested for DWI. Obviously having an open container while driving increases the chances that you are driving while intoxicated but isn’t that true in every state?
-
Simply having an open container of alcohol doesn’t automatically mean you are arrested for DWI (which is what was originally stated)
-
I like how you are so confidently testifying what someone’s state of mind was even though you’re just guessing. Kudos to Oliver for not being in possession of drugs even though the blood draw may still reveal he had drugs in his system at the time of the arrest..

I’m not itching to throw out anything. The numbers are what they are and they have been discussed and argued plenty. Fact remains that Allen was ranked in the bottom 3rd in most of the commonly used passing stats. If you want to blame his receivers for that then it probably wouldn’t be the craziest argument to make. But it’s been stated many times now that Allen has a good supporting cast so this year should be a true measure of what he’s capable of. If we get more of the same then I think it’s time we are open to the possibility that he may not be what we hope he is. You know what’s better than always having to come from behind? Scoring enough points early on so you don’t have to. Allen has a fire in his belly and tends to play great when he has to which is excellent. I’d just prefer us not take games down to the wire so often. Much better on my heart when you build a lead early and can watch our defense pin their ears back the rest of the way.
